Bat... Mehr ansehen

Very attentive, fantastic treatment
The treatment was fantastic. There was some delay with the delivery but anyway I received a complete explanation and they were attentive to me in every moment.
The battery works fine, so I'm very glad.

A bit slow, but overall reliable service. There were additional custom taxes
the item took a long while to get to me and I had to pay custom taxes, around 7 euros if I remember well.
Unfortunately I couldn't try the efficiency of the battery because the Wacom tablet had a faulty motherboard. I hoped the cause was the old battery, but it turned out not to be that.

I'm sorry for making you wait so long. There are very few logistics providers who deliver batteries. Sometimes the goods will be strictly checked by the customs, which will delay a lot of time. Please understand.
Perfect in all terms
Also the support, te battery pack and the timing of arrival was so good. The battery works well and everything was clear and gently

Good experience
Good comunication, perfect product, delivery on time (even if a bit too long, but honest timing since the order was placed)

The transfer of batteries is inherently more difficult than ordinary goods, and due to the epidemic, it may be delayed at which stage. So, if there is a delay, please understand.
Buen servicio postventa

Very happy with the order
The order took about a month from the date of purchase, but it came in very good packing conditions and very well protected.
I have been using it for a long time and it is very easy to install and use. I've had it for a month and so far no problems and it lasts about the same time as the original.
