My bike, which is under warranty, has been in the repair shop for months because Estarli won't engage with the repair shop.
Not sure why Estarli provide any kind of warranty if they are then unwilling to assist a repair shop to repair your bike.

The company wanted me to provide a lot of personal details when ordering a simple replacement part but refused to give me any details about the part I was ordering

The bike is great (estarli e20.7) but what has really exceeded expectations is the customer service after purchase. A wonderful company that I thoroughly recommend.

The e20 model has had to be returned to Estarli as it refuses to switch on having been working before. I hope to hear soon that it has been fixed and is on its way back. The courier service they use which I had to pay for turned up shall we say ,eventually to collect .

Great product! We bought ours at a show, taking the bike home with us with a promise that the Charger and tool kit would be despatched as soon as the team got back to base, along with an extras pack of a 12v charger and a couple of bags. Would have been 5 stars except we had to chase both the tool kit and extras package several rimes, they eventually arrived several weeks later.

Great service, very helpful and quick delivery. Very happy to find a British built electric bike that is ideal for our uses.. would highly recommend.

Great bike, and was well looked after through the buying process.

For small wheels found cycling easy and running with 1 or 2 on the motor was a breeze only having to venture to 3/4/5 on some very steep gradients which they tackled well. Folds fairly easily although could be a little lighter when handling especially when putting into travel bags and lifting into a vehicle. Paintwork not as durable as it should be on what is a very hands on sort of cycle with folding etc.

Happy with the service from the supplier Cycle King, quick online purchase and collection.
Estarli 'extras' - freebies through the Caravan Club - great and delivered promptly once confusion over my address was sorted. Very happy with my e 20.7 Pro bike and accessories. Estarli was also happy to chase up and send out a missing tool.

During the build the model was updated, Estarli apologised for the delay and also provided some extra accessories.

Great experience with the company and bike is excellent, just what I was after.
Originally saw and tested my E28 at a show and based on the discount offered, bought a demo model. This had to be delivered from their Warehouse but it only took a couple of weeks and updates were provided. Bike arrived well packed and with no obvious marks or scuffs considering it wasn’t a brand new product. Haven’t tested battery length usage yet but very satisfied so far.
