The Customer service at estarli is absolutely second to none. I ordered a bike through a Cycle Scheme, and Louis from estarli was proactive and helpful in processing the steps to get me to the point where I am now awaiting my bike.

The website is responsive and straight forward, and the customer service is responsive, helpful and will go above and beyond for their customers.

Bought an E28.x - the second Estarli bike I've purchased. The bike itself is great - no issues there. However, upon unpacking I noticed quite a deep scratch on one of the seat stays, and also the product was delivered almost 2 weeks after the initial delivery estimate which was frustrating given I had to chase for these updates rather than receive delivery estimates proactively, and ultimately I wasn't in to receive the delivery.

We had to call Estarli twice to check on the status of the two folding bike storage boxes we ordered as we did not receive any notification after receiving receipt of our order.

Beautiful bikes and great product. Customer service could be better, as whilst there were delays on our product being shipped we only received one communication and had to chase. Videos are all out of date and don't reflect the power gauge used on the bikes. Annoyingly as well none of the QR codes work on the packaging.

The is a review of the folding storage boxes for use in motorhomes. The bike itself is a really great folding bike and a super ride. We recommend the bike.

The order for the additional folding storage boxes was delivered on time. We have a brand new bike, which has the latest version of the seat post. This new post cuts through the box liner like a knife through butter. I'm told by eStarli that they will review this unexpected problem.

Key takeaway: if you have a new bike, keep the seat post loose in the box or take it out completely when you put it in the box.

We recently purchased two estarli 20.7s and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We weren't sure which model we wanted to buy, so were able to arrange a test ride on both the 20.7 and 20.X which helped us to make our decision. Our queries were responded to quickly and, once we had placed our order, the build of our bikes was prioritised so they were ready for us to take on holiday. Having now had an opportunity to give them a thorough test on the lanes of Cornwall, we've absolutely no regrets on our decision to buy them and look forward to many more miles of fun! 🚴🏼‍♂️😀

The communication with the team was at times excellent, but also not very clear or precise. The main issue was around delayed delivery of my bike. I had to initiate contact once I realised my bike was delayed, by 2 weeks in the first instance. It was in total delayed by 2.5 months. Due to global issues around Iran war, I was sympathetic, but delays is a common complaint from other Estarli reviews, making me think they may have opportunistically used the war as an excuse. At any rate, when there were further delays, I always had to email first, then get an update later. I was very frustrated.

My bike, which is under warranty, has been in the repair shop for months because Estarli won't engage with the repair shop.
Not sure why Estarli provide any kind of warranty if they are then unwilling to assist a repair shop to repair your bike.

The bike is great (estarli e20.7) but what has really exceeded expectations is the customer service after purchase. A wonderful company that I thoroughly recommend.

Great product! We bought ours at a show, taking the bike home with us with a promise that the Charger and tool kit would be despatched as soon as the team got back to base, along with an extras pack of a 12v charger and a couple of bags. Would have been 5 stars except we had to chase both the tool kit and extras package several rimes, they eventually arrived several weeks later.

Great service, very helpful and quick delivery. Very happy to find a British built electric bike that is ideal for our uses.. would highly recommend.
