My first treatment was 3 weeks and 2 days ago. I had been ridiculously nervous about the treatment and the results. I'd had a raised scar on the tip of my nose for years. Which I hated. I hadn't even realised there were treatments such as the plasma pen for scar removal.
So I took the plunge and booked an appointment. Anabelle carried out my treatment. She put me completely as ease first and foremost. The procedure didn't take too long at all, and I left with a small dressing on my nose.
The days the followed I was a little nervous when I looked at the crust that had formed after my treatment (which I'd been told was completely normal), I carried out the advise on aftercare.
3 weeks later, to the day and all crusts and scabbing had fallen away. Revealing fresh skin underneath, and the scar had completely gone.

I feel like I've got my confidence back and I couldn't be happier.

The price was so reasonable and the care was so good.

Highly recommend putting your trust in the clinic.
They know what they're doing and they have delivered results far exceeding my expectations.

I called Eterno Clinic to book a treatment after not visiting for a few months. During the conversation, I was told that I would need to purchase Dermaquest products from the clinic alongside the treatment.

I explained that I already buy Dermaquest products directly from Dermaquest because they offer me a discount. Annabelle then said, “We don’t trust the products if you buy them from Dermaquest.” Honestly, how is that even possible when you are buying the exact same branded products directly from the official source?

It made me feel that this was simply another way of making money on top of the treatment, rather than genuinely being about the products or my treatment.

Unfortunately, what made the experience even worse was Annabelle’s attitude. I found her extremely rude and unprofessional during the conversation.

It’s such a shame because I had previously chosen Eterno Clinic for my treatments, but after this experience, I’m very disappointed and my experience with them has changed my opinion

Annabelle is an amazing practitioner… I have been visiting Eterno Skin Clinic now for many years..I would like to say if you are into self care and want advice and beautiful skin please pay Annabelle a visit.. she is extremely talented and nothing is to much trouble.
Not only do I love going and relaxing and having a bespoke experience I have also come away with beautiful skin.
I have a mixture of treatments but my favourite I have to say is PRP with RF.. it’s the best ..

I had another DermaQuest Primary Pumpkin Resurfacer today. My skin feels incredible after these treatments. The second you walk in the salon, all of your troubles are left at the door and you literally walk in to paradise! The atmosphere, the staff, and treatments are second to none! I even took myself a mini pumpkin mask home to keep my skin looking and feeling amazing. Thank you to Megan for a top service today.

My husband had an appointment with Annabel for skin tag removal. The clinic was exceptionally clean and Annabel was professional. The procedure was fully explained beforehand and a review was booked for follow up. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Eterno for some years and what brings me back are the treatments which are amazing, but also the level of customer service. Annabelle and Megan are a strong, knowledgeable team and I always feel in safe hands. The treatments themselves are reasonably priced and give great results. The whole team including the addition of media whizz Waheda will make you feel like a VIP. I have tried other clinics in the Wolverhampton area and none compare to Eterno in my opinion. I typically have Dermaplaning and Mesotherapy which leaves the skin glowing and looking healthy. I have tried other treatments such as Laser for red facial veins, Microneedling and a peel also great results. There is a variety of treatment options that could assist your requirements.

Book my appointment with Annabelle for my first micro-needling with RF on her new machine.. wow what can say .. after numbing cream kicked in Annabelle started my treatment, it was amazing after treatment my skin was glowing and felt so plump and healthy.. 1st class treatment yet again from Annabelle and also Megan … i recommend anyone to try this treatment for a healthy looking fresh skin with minimal downtime.. Megan is fantastic! So knowledgable & friendly. I'm a new laser hair client & she made the patch test & my first treatment a breeze. Can't wait to continue with more sessions & see what other treatments I can get myself into. Lovely settings also, you have no idea you are in a town centre when in the premises!

I have been coming to Eterno for a few years now and have had many different treatments. The cleanliness and professionalism of the clinic is one of the best I have ever been to. I recently have been treated by Megan and I always feel comfortable and well informed about any treatment I've had. I genuinely look forward to my appointments not just for the brilliant results but also just to talk to friends I have made there over the years. I cannot recommend them enough, infact I've brought 3 of my family members to the clinic and that should speak volumes!

I’ve been visiting Eterno Skin Clinic since the summer of 2019. I initially went in asking for their dermaplaning service, but due to my acne was advised this wouldn't be the best treatment for me at that time. I then had a consultation and Annabelle suggested undergoing a course of skin peels to help with my acne. Having been on medication from the doctors for it with no real results, I was sceptical that any skin treatment would work, but I put my trust in Annabelle and to this day I'm thankful that I did. I underwent the course as suggested, I had some purging which Annabelle told me would happen, but after a few months my skin looked incredible with minimal traces of acne. I followed a strict at home regime with products also recommended by the clinic. I’m now fortunate enough to only need maintenance treatments and am proud to say I have had every treatment offered by the clinic and love all of them, microneedling being my favourite. The advice and support from Annabelle and the team is like nothing I've received anywhere else. I've messaged with queries out of hours and they've been responded to promptly within business hours. I get compliments on my skin often and that is with thanks to Annabelle!

Having been a customer of Eterno’s for a little while now I always feel 100% satisfied with my treatments and the level of professionalism I receive from all the staff.
