Great range of products and excellent customer service! I emailed because a bottle of bathroom cleaner had leaked in transit. I received a courteous reply the same day and a replacement product the following day. Really impressed. If only all ecommerce sites conducted themselves with such integrity!

Terrible customer service. This company has no ethics and no morals. Took days to respond to my 3 attempts to cancel an order and apparently by then it was too late to cancel even though it was a full 2 days after I'd requested to cancel before my order was sent out to a friend. Now in order for me to get my money back apparently it's down to my friend to return the items! This was a present as she's had a very hard time recently, therefore there's no way I'm going to ask her to return something that should never have been delivered to her in the first place. In fact she received 2 presents from me because after I cancelled my order from this company I ordered from another company. I live abroad and use UK sites all the time to get presents to friends as do my expat friends and family. Most companies are amazing, this company is not! I will never use them again and will be advising everyone I know to do the same. They have no idea of customer service and I feel that they have stolen my money. Ultimately though they will lose out as I will tell as many people as possible of my experience with them.

Ordered goods up to the value of £80 and received a £10 reduction in the overall price. This was the contract. One £20 item was defective and had to be returned. The store refunded only 50% (£10) deducting the full £10 discount instead of 25% of the discount - (£2.50) effectively forcing me to pay full price for all of the other items. No mention in the small print of this. Their refund policy states: If you’re not absolutely delighted with your order, just return it to us within 30 days and we’ll issue you a full refund for everything you return. No questions asked, unless you want to tell us what we could do better in the future. Be warned about this underhand UNETHICAL behaviour.

Fabulous customer service. Ordered some items my mum wanted to give out for Christmas presents which were all glass and unfortunately they arrived broken. We didn't even have to contact Ethical Superstore to notify them, and within two days we had a replacement arrive. Always a good sign when a company deals with problems quickly and efficiently. the rudest customer service i have ever talked to. placed the order on 25/11, i asked about the delivery yesterday via email, no answer. i called them on the phone today, the gentleman denied ever receiving the order and raised his voice over mine. he said that he couldn't find the order i had placed because i couldn't provide an order number (mind you, the order confirmation email i had received from them didn't have any order number). he told me i needed to call my bank to ask about the transaction as it was not confirmed on their side. he wouldn't listen to anything i was saying. he would just raise his voice over mine. i could clearly see the transaction gone through via my bank's app. i eventually hang up and called my bank and they confirmed the transaction had gone through. filing a complaint to reverse the transaction via my bank. don't really care if you are selling ethical goods. your behaviour is unethical and completely anti-customer. i wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

Have been using Ethical Superstore for some time. Excellent products, good value, prompt service. Any problems were resolved by Customer Services very well. Highly recommend.
