Use Eurofit Bilston all the time for my car, Fantastic service every time, The guy on reception really knowledgeable & helpful.
Prices for most things are competitive.

I needed 2 new front tyres fitted on my Car so I rang Eurofit Autocentre , 92 Stafford Road, Wolverhampton yesterday. They ordered the appropriate tyres for me, called me today to say the tyres had arrived. I took the car in, exceptional staff, very friendly professional & efficient, even offering me a cup of tea while I waited . The tyres were expertly fitted within an hour and at a very competitive price. Absolutely EXCELLENT company & service. Will definitely recommend them.

I went to have my annual service and MOT this year (Stafford branch) and they replaced one of the front lower suspension arms. When I got home and checked my invoice from last year, I noticed that they had replaced both front lower suspension arms on my car last year. The car has done less than 2000 miles since then so it can’t have worn out that quickly.

They were ignoring my emails so I went in to query it and was told it had perished so quickly because they use cheap parts and because the vehicle has been sat for a long time. I’m not quite sure I believe this (the last part anyway - the previous one lasted 11 years before needing to be replaced). The part was 3 days outside of their parts warranty so they couldn’t do anything to resolve it. The most likely scenario in my opinion is that they didn’t actually replace the part last year.

I believe they also lied to me last year about having done the tracking as part of the service after replacing the suspension arms, as I was asked to go back so they could check the tracking again after it had ‘bedded in’ and was told when I went back that the tracking rod ends had seized so needed to be replaced before they could adjust the tracking, so they can’t have done the tracking previously.

Booked service in for 9, was told it would take 1 hour. Returned @10:15, told he was just doing the oil filter & would be another 1/2 hr so stood outside. However at 10:45, stood in reception & witnessed some of the workers just messing about, talking etc & not actually working on our car.
Finally at 11:40, car was returned to us (now 2 hours 40 minutes for a 1 hour service. It ruined our morning & making us late for the rest of the day.
Can not recommend & definitely NOT returning!!!

I have been a customer of Eurofit for many years and I want to praise them for the professionalism and care
recently, after what looked like a tyre pressure problem/ I was about to drive to North Wales for a holiday, so it was not a good start to the trip. Mo made me a coffee, and checked all tyres carefully only
to find that the wall of the tyre was cracked. It had failed, however, it was soon replaced with a new one, and I was on my way. Brilliant! Thank you Mo and the team. First class service, A++++++++ Mark

We were told to go to nissan to get a tyre valve for our Juke, they quoted neally £300 told us to go to Eurofit, mighty glad we did, no wait straight in, service with a smile, £67 rather a difference, thanks guys great work, definitely reccomend them.😁

I took my car for a service at the Millfields Branch of EuroFit. The team there were courteous and kept me informed of what was happening with my car at all times.
However, there is one thing they did that proves the quality of their work and why I do not hesitate to recommend them. At a previous service, at a main dealer, my car was left with an oil stain on the cylinder head; when I checked my engine after the service to-day, the stain was gone. I wasn't expecting that.
Thank you to the team at the Millfields branch of Eurofit and I have no hesitation in saying that my experience there better than my experience at a main dealership.

Absolute shambles of a company. Booked MOT online for today to turn up to be told the tester had been off sick. I had received confirmation of my booking, and no attempt had been made by the centre to contact me about cancelling. Today was the only day I really had spare to get my MOT done, whilst in branch I have looked online to find appointments available at nearby branches. The staff member has rung the branch's and was told there was no appointments, why are appointments still showing online !! .... I have wasted an entire morning now ringing around to try and get my car MOT'd ... Thankfully KwikFit saved the day - If you have planned your work day off around getting your car MOT'd take my advice and book somewhere else that's more reliable.

This company uses the most cheapest of parts and charge you the most, alongside the most awful customer service, they do not care about your car only charging you the most they can get out of you. Got brake pads replaced. Asked if I could buy my own Brembo or Pagid with sensors and was told no, they only use their own! Blueprint were the make. Got front discs and pads installed without sensors. Dashboard keeps showing brakes need changing. Including service they charged me £425! Utter rip-off! I'll know for next time going to them (which is the last) and will tell colleagues at work to avoid them too. Disgusting shameful company.

Eurofit Cannock, avoid change parts that don't need replacing and rip you off, poor staff training who can't tell the difference between a faulty water pump and a thermostat fault total £425 no wonder they were able to fit the car in for repair the same day

Myself and my husband visited Stafford store were we spoke to Roy in connection with purchasing new tyres for our EV Zoe. We found Roy exceptionally knowledgeable who then advised us on which tyres to go for our EV. We took it on board with what Roy advised us and we are exceptionally please with the result. I’m going to book our car in for an M O T with them as they seem a very reasonably priced firm but they also are exceptionally very friendly. Well done to Roy and your team at Stafford branch

Went in as new customer & was told extremely busy which is great for them but the customer service was very poor. Not spoken to correctly.

Took car too have wheel Burding fix

After time I Notice braking Problems

Took it to kickfit

They called me over and said
Look they cut your cv clips

All Greece over your brakes and wheel and tyre

I told them I had wheel Bearing fiz they could just have missed it

The kickfit guy said that all good and well how do you explain the cut
Cv clip the other side

They done it to make work

Kickfit guy said take it back to them

I contacted them companie
As now my tyre cam off

The tyre fitting guy is full of black Mud Greece
On the cv gate part

The guy clean all the Greece around the tyre
And of my brakes

I just at pay to have
New clips fitted to day

All good
I did go back to euro fit

The guy does not like it
That he got caught out

Said cv joint Greece on the brakes
Will not do anything to brakes and tyres
Load of bs crap from them

After my car failed it’s MOT at a local garage I decided to take it to Eurofit, Cannock for the repair. Paul booked us in at very short notice and I asked him to start from scratch and do the MOT again as I wasn’t convinced about the reason it failed in the first place. Which he did - only to be told that what was highlighted at the previous garage was not a problem, hence saving us approx £1200.
Thank you to Paul and the team - should have booked with in the first place - would highly recommend and will certainly use this garage again.

Booked daughters car in at short notice for a service. Professional and friendly staff and very helpful with getting the car done for my required time. Excellent work and would recommend 👌

Took my car to eurofit Cannock today ,really great service friendly and trusted ,Paul greeted me on reception I was informed of an advisory on my mot so had the work done whilst my car was in ,this saved me going back I would highly recommend them ,Thank you from Tracey price Red Nissan juke

Poor service! Eurofit broke my car whilst completing a routine service. Returned the vehicle to eurofit next day after collecting late night as it was smoking after being serviced and they found no fault. I went to another independent garage to gain a second opinion as still smoking and they found that eurofit had cracked my fuel filter housing. When I returned to Eurofit and explained what the second garage had found, not yet fixed so they could view for themselves, hoping they would acknowledge they error and complete the simple fix, they refused to discuss the matter and got irate, I attemted to difuse the situation and gave them my name and asked for his, he refused. His manager or colleague then came to the car park saying "give no names out" and laughed in my face. Very poor service and when expressing my complaint to a number of branches and head office via call, email and even online enquiries, I have not received a response. It seems they are ignoring the complaints in the hopes they just go away. STAY AWAY, I'm still trying to resolve my complaint and have had to pay for the vehicle to be fixed out of pocket to get it on the road.

Just had 2 new frount tyres fitted found staff was very friendly and helpful we will definitely be using again maybe for our service and mot

Ordered 2 tyres online to be fitted at the same time as my service and mot. Mot and service were carried out fine but no tyres arrived, but *will be here tomorrow * so car stayed at garage overnight. Next day no tyres arrived, nor the next day, nor the next and 10 days later I am still waiting for the promised phone call. Contacted Halfords Tyres on the drive service after waiting 4 days and had 2 tyres fitted at my house 2 days later free of charge and cheaper than Eurofit. Have emailed Eurofit head office and complained about their online ordering service but they haven't even had the courtesy to reply. This is the 3rd time that they have let me down so i should have known better. Don't bother ordering tyres from them on line as you will not get them.
