I ordered tyres online they didn’t have all 4 in stock so I just ordered 3 of them, i booked a slot to have my tyres fitted. When i checked in at reception, one of the fitters came around to get my car keys and said the tyres i had ordered a month prior to the fitting hadn’t been ordered and they only had 1 in stock at that garage, i ended up buying different tyres. So my car was taken in for MOT and Service this week and my car failed MOT due to the tyres that eurofit changed for me were on the wrong way (directional) instant fail, how the hell does a garage that is meant to be a tyre professional not know that they were fitting them wrong, luckily i have a fantastic mechanic who sorted this for me free of charge.

A lottery. Some centres (in the West Midlands) have shameful management and employ shameless staff, who would bang parts away happily instead of carefully fitting them, then agressively dodge responsibility for resulting damage. Yet another place to avoid to take care of your car. Other centres have behaved more 'normally', but I would hesitate to take the risk.

had a mot with eurofit it failed they put wrong exhaust system on forgot to connect sensor didn't follow my instructions eventually fixed issues but I had to take an extra 1.5 days of work. wrote a complaint letter still waiting on a reply

I was planning on sending a letter to head office and shocked that its based at Bilston branch on Milfields Road where they serviced my car. I had to have new brake pads and discs front and back. I have a different term I'd prefer to use but the 'person' who serviced my car, the manager Lee, apparently failed to bleed the brake line which meant when I drove the car home it would not brake safely. I was unable to drive my car to work the next day, where I drive 70 miles down country lanes. I took it back the next day to be told I just had to get used to the new break pads and wear them in??? Meanwhile they had my car back in the bay where they likely bled the lines, as driving home the problem was solved. Absolute idiots, making it seem like I was moaning over nothing and ignoring a massive mistake they made.

2 vehicles in 1 week messed up. I had hit a pothole and both front wheels were buckled so bought 2 new alloys had them put on car by Eurofit along with brake pads tracking and balancing. Next day I was driving and loud noise came from n/s front, it was caliper retaining spring was not tensioned properly came off at one end and damaged 24 spokes on alloy I had just bought, I had tools in boot so repaired myself in pouring rain at roadside. Took car back to them next day and fair enough they offered to repair wheel but I declined and said I could do with oil change on my elderly mother's car when she got her car back engine would not stay running almost impossible to drive but I was busy and could not look at it myself so told her to phone them. They said they would come out that afternoon and they didn't leaving my mother stranded at home as she cannot get around without her car. Anyway I got there 2 days later to find they had dislodged a breather pipe on Airbox which was causing the problem. So I will not be taking any more vehicles there way.
