Great pre-owned watch buying

Tony was really great to work with. Although we were in to look (and ended up buying) for me, Tony smartly brought out a couple watches for my partner to try and she ended up buying as well.

Even though we were looking at the "inexpensive" end of EWC's product offering, all of the team with whom we interacted gave the same level of service to us as they did to others who were spending significantly more.

I have had a number of transactions…

I have had a number of transactions with European Watch Co. They are the very best in many ways from photography of the watches to communication to very fast shipping. I’ve always been satisfied with my transactions, both straightforward purchases and trading in watches. They really provide top-notch watches and service for competitive prices.

I EWC experience is first rate.
I do recommend you contact your FedEx account rep as the delivery as promised on or before 1:30 pm did not arrive until after 5pm.
I assume you are a fairly high volume customer so you may want to look into their delivery performance and practices.

I only deal w/ EWC. My experience has always been first class all around: professional, courteous, highly responsive, fair. I've dealt w/ Joshua in the past and Zack. In this case - I reached out to Zack and in 2 days I had the watches I wanted as described and flawless. A great/trusted watch source. Highly recommend. neil
