I went to showroom to select my item, the staff were wonderful, so kind and patient and showed empathy and understanding. The process was smooth and my ring is perfect. I was able to collect same day also, as I was worried about risking the post. I would really recommend this company not only are the items beautiful, the staff are great and the presentation even when collection is just stunning and now I have a piece of my love with me always.

The ring was beautifully made and a true reflection of the picture. It is a piece of jewellery that is very wearable and a lovely tribute. If I had one small complaint is that the order took a long time and the comms could have been better. I chased and they immediately expedited the pieces and delivery was within a few days.
