It is annoying that the advertised prices have often changed when one proceeds to a booking.

Have not been across yet

First time using the site to order passage and absolutely no problems. It is very straight forward and easy to use. Just need to print the email confirmation off for departure.

Easy to book a ferry and got a great deal....hope that everything goes smoothly from this point.

The price shown on your web site for Dublin to Holyhead was not the price I was charged. I ended up having to pay an extra €8. I nearly pulled out altogether. In future I will probably just go back to flying over.

Ferryonline provides a hassle free experience with sufficient options to allow you to make a straightforward out and back ferry booking; no drama. My only complaint is about a charge of £2.72 being levied even when using a debit card or Paypal.

Hi just one bad point. You gave me a price for the ferry of 283 but when I booked you charged me 298. .? So I lost 15 pounds. .? Can you clarify. .?

Very easy to use the site and I was able to see different routes, times etc all in 1 go to compare and then was able to try out the different accommodation options easily to see how much each cost and then finish the transaction very quickly with email receipt immediately.

Help received by the Customer Services Staff After making an error at booking was absolutely outstanding.

After the trip....

Wanted a ferry over to France . Ferry online gave a clear choice and was cost competitive when compared to the actual ferry companies
