Absolutely rubbish cancelled booking only 2 hours before ship sailed luckily P and O sorted us out because ferry online couldn't even bother to reply but still tried to charge me my return ticket which was the next day.DO NOT USE

Many thanks for your review.
We can see that you made a freight booking in September and there was a lot of communication from the freight department regarding this crossing. The final outcome appeared to be that you did actually managed to travel on one crossing and we refunded the other. That seemed to conclude the matter however if you have any other issues please do advise us.

We checked the notes on your booking and can see that you originally made the booking on 9th August for £70. You then changed the date of this on 14th August and brought your return date forward, this incurred an additional charge of £40. Hopefully that explains the increase to £110.

website inserted wrong departure and no phone number
when I checked my confirmation email found I had booked the midnight crossing - no way did I click on that crossing - I wanted the 1.10pm crossing. No phone number to ring.

We feel we were miss lead by the price
We feel we were miss lead by the price. The price given here is for economy which is the same on Stena Lines Site. WE would prefer to travel flexi which gives the option for multiple changes without extra changes.
With Ferry on Line ticket every change will cost us €30 Euro which may cost us a lot more than the Flexi ticket HMMMMMMMMMM
