Car Hire Fetajo Bewertungen

Excellent!
Booked and prepaid my Ford Tourneo automatic (perfect boot size for a wheelchair and luggage) and met at arrivals. Quick handover and very happy with the standard and service. Only marginally dearer than the mini-bus to the off-site depots, and so much easier leaving it in car park P1 on return. No hesitation in recommending.

Great service for a prebooked car in Malaga - when I couldn't find my driving licence the day before our trip they switched my booking details to my husband's without any issues. They also delivered the car to our airport hotel rather than the terminal which made our holiday start so much easier (we had a late night flight so didn't start our booking until the following morning). Good communication and easy to understand full insurance cover (we didn't need to claim but felt secure and confident with the communication process). Staff (Elise) were very helpful and easy to deal with.

Usually we book with one of the chain car rental companies, but this time I wanted to try an independent for our trip. Online booking system is simple but easy with great prices. You don't pay anything upfront - it's all on collection, and there's no nasty holding fees or deposit surprises when you get there.

The service was excellent, when we landed I dropped a message on WhatsApp and they replied with a friendly voicenote letting me know they will be there shortly. A lovely gentleman greeted us at the terminal, and it was a short 60-second walk to the car. As I say, quick payment with a card machine and car is brought round to you with zero waiting. I made sure to have some cash to tip the staff as I was so pleased with the service. Clear instructions on returning the car too.

Last time we visited Malaga we were stood in a queue for Sixt for over 2.5hours - giving us all a headache and delaying the start of our holiday. Fetajo had us on the road within 20 minutes of landing. Couldn't be happier, we will recommend to anyone and be using their services again without a doubt!

Have used their cars in Malaga for at least 5-6 times for now.Good service, clean and new cars and super convenient pick up at Malaga airport (they deliver the car to the front door). Only small things that could be better are reaching them through the phone (takes some time but when reached they are super helpful), a bit oldschool website/booking system and drop off instructions (super hard to find on theyr website). Other than that super company, great stuff, nice cars - everything that matters works perfectly!

It’s well documented on here how efficient pick up and drop off is. What is not documented is the great customer service if you have to extend your lease. I need to extend mine twice due to unforeseen circumstances and the customer service was excellent, even when I did it of a weekend and customer service was officially closed.

Fantastic experience .
Cheap compared to other renters , including full insurance . No hard selling , a real family feel to the company .
I had to rearrange dates and decided to drop off at a different location after booking . Daniel was brilliant at handling my requests. Met the representative at Malaga Airport at arrivals , he took me to the car , a 30 second walk over the road to the car park . The car was as ordered and very clean .
Quick copy of my driving licence , signature , then while I sorted out my luggage and satnav , the rep went to fetch the ticket to allow me to leave the car park .
On returning the car , I was met by Daniel at Fuengirola office who checked over the car .
Great experience and will definitely use again .

Excellent, easy to arrange on line and smooth car pick up and return. No hidden costs, and the car was in excellent condition. Would highly recommend. Unsure of the guys name that dealt with us but he was really helpful and friendly.

Gracias,

Great experience with Fetajo from start to finish epecialy as it was one way rental picking up at airport and droping at different location, will use again

Excellent company. Unfortunately they have doubled prices since last year. No longer competitive. Pity.

Great company, provided reliable vehicle and the costumer service was A1, thanks a lot, would use again!

Have used this company 4 times in the past and would recommend them.
Very friendly team, car waiting for you 100 metres from terminal building.
Pricing very clear and easy to understand.
5 stars .
Have booked again!

First of all, I must say that I have never left a positive review for a rental car company before, because usually it’s quite an expensive and stressful process!

However, I am very happy to leave a shining five star review for this company – the whole process from start to finish was super easy, the staff that I dealt with beforehand were unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the chap who collected us from the arrivals hall at the airport and took us to our car was fantastic. The drop off process was probably the easiest I have ever experienced – you get a QR code that leads you to an extremely accurate map, and then you just leave it parked and text them to come and collect it after you’ve left.

I have literally nothing negative to say about them at all – the car itself was in good condition and well presented, the price was excellent, and even the price of the extra “all bells and whistles” insurance was extremely reasonable.

I would absolutely recommend this company over any others that I have used in over 25 years of visiting Spain and probably using all the available car hire companies over the years…!

They absolutely deserve ALL the stars, and I will book again next time :-)

Prima auto gehuurd.

I have been renting cars all over the world and never came accros such brilliant, affordable, kind and efficient car rental agency. I have been coming to Malaga for 3 years now, and have always rented cars from them. The cars are practically new and clean. The service is impeccable. Anabel arranged a last minute rental on a Friday at 5pm. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, the car was delivered to us in front of the exit of the airport, clean with a full tank. Hassle - free, no surprises! Drop off equally easy. No airport office, you get off the plane, give your cc and 15’ later, you are off with your car. Cannot recommend them enough!! 10 stars! 🌟

This is what car rental companies should be, helpful, pleasant, cost effective, no hidden costs and easy to deal with. I would give Fetajo more stars if they were available.
I was travelling to Malaga for the first time and needed a car. I spent a day researching companies at the airport but you would need a science degree to understand their fuel policies and charges. I rang one company and they said they couldn't guarantee I could collect the car without a credit card (they would except payment with Debit Card), it would depend on the manager the day I arrived. Ridiculous carry on.
Then I found Fetajo.
What a brilliant experience.
I rented their Astra and took out the full insurance for 2 weeks (about €90), which covered me for everything. It was still cheaper than all the airport companies.
They don't have strange fuel policies - I got half a tank and was asked to bring the car back with a similar amount.
I spoke directly to a very friendly agent on WhatsApp who answered all my questions and made the process very easy.
Fetajo bring the car to the airport. I was met by 3 guys who carried our bags, paid airport parking, explained all the dials etc in the car (lights, fuel etc). And then they told me not to worry if I got any scrapes etc on the car, it's fully insured. They couldn't have been more helpful or more obliging.
The car was great and spotless, probably three years old but felt new on the inside.
If you are looking for a stress free car rental company, I would highly recommend Fetajo. I have hired several cars in different countries over the years and this was by far the best and easiest experience I've had - which made the holiday so much more relaxing because I didn't have to worry about the car.
Thanks you Fetajo.
