Rachel was an absolute star. Not only did she respond to me all the time. She was always positive and always found solutions to my problems. I'm on visa and it was especially harder for us to get a good mortgage. But Rachel single handedly pulled the whole mortgage progress always keeping me up to date and working extraordinaryly hard. The only reason I gave it 5 starts is cause I can't give it any more stars. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do the mortgage with. We had an excellent experience working with Finamply throughout our mortgage process. Special thanks to Jade, Mikah and Callum. they were very responsive and incredibly supportive every step of the way. As a first time buyer the process felt overwhelming at first and spoke with multiple brokers but they are the ones who remained consistent with us. As a first-time buyer, I went into the process not really knowing what to expect, but overall I had a genuinely positive experience thanks to the consistent support from Mikah and Callum. I’d especially like to highlight Mikah, my mortgage advisor, who really went above and beyond throughout.
