Fire provides the ideal Business bank account for me with very prompt customer service via email responding to any queries I may have.

Was approved a loan then they hit you with pay up front fee of 280 euros to cover admin fee

Total nightmare to deal with. Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Do yourself a favour and use any other financial institution.You can't run a company dealing with this.

Bank transfers Incoming and outgoing are done at around 9am and 4pm each day Monday to Friday so faster payments don't apply

I've had numerous Payments sent to me over the weekend which are meant to be credited around 9am Monday morning, only received one of my payments

Only form of customer service is email and they don't reply

Very responsive and helpful customer service, I highly recommend!

App works well, customer support is top notch.

I had an issue after 5pm and sent a quick one line email and Richard had me sorted in minutes. This genuinely impressed me and ensured we completed the payment on time.

always speedy service and the product is simple to use and good value for small business owner. Just wish euro accounts could accept standing order and direct debits.
