The company has held a Fire account for a number of years now. As an organisation transactions and operations work well, and very quickly compared to my personal traditional bank. Whenever I have a problem or issue to be resolved the customer care and service is outstanding.

My experience with this bank is awful. First I am a victim of fraud , they tell me someone sent me money but the money doesn't show in my account.I told them that I have no clue what's going on.They decide to block my account with my money for a review.After 2 days they say they can no longer offer me the account since I clearly explained them I have no knowledge of any funds coming in to my account since clearly nothing was shown in my account.
They were supposed to refund the money but in the afternoon they say that they actually can't do it since they need to wait 30 days for I don't know what .

I tried ringing them on their uk number 40 times.
each time no one answered.
I want my money refunded fire bank .

When there was some issues with the documents I sent in, Richard reached out to me personally and helped me personally and resolve the issue. A big shout out to Richard. He has been very helpful.
