The process took a while to complete due to the structure of our company, this being said the customer experience is very good. Every question is always answered within approx 24h and when there is an issue with the site a correction is uploaded the same day and all works great. Good and reliable company.

Works great for me. I was sceptical about this at first but am very happy so far. Very simple to use. It was easy to set up for my SME, and does what I need it to do without hassle. I use the account to bill for consultancy services, so do not need anything complicated. When I have had to deal with the people who work there, they have solved whatever needed taking care of easily and efficiently.

I really appreciate to know that my debit card will be expired soon and you'll contact me before the time and update my new address as well.

There is no end of this charade. First FIRE claimed that it has been complaints from another bank, but refused to tell us more. Then they told that a client had done a recall regarding a payment. That was untrue, the client did know nothing about this. Now suddenly the claim that the account is frozen because" the authority of the courts" has demanded that. Lie, after lie, after Lie.

It is a real pleasure to work with Fire. The team are very responsive and customer support is excellent!

I very recently closed down my business and before I could close my Fire account they send me "We have identified that WeddingBox International Ltd­­­­ is now dissolved. As a result, your fire.com business account has been suspended.
All funds remaining in the account are now legally the property of the Irish state and will be sent to the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform." Without any warning at all, the money in my account has been snatched. I queried this with them and got absolutely nowhere unless I have a "liquidator". I don't have a liquidator as my business wasn't liquidated.

Very happy with Fire, have both my business and personal accounts with them. They answer back queries really quickly and are very helpful. I would really recommend them.

My overall banking experience with Fire is great. Any queries emailed to customer support receive attention and further action in less than 24 hours.
