It is reassuring to know that at renewal time a review will be carried out in case a more cost effective insurer can be found.

We had an issue paying for our renewal
We had an issue paying for our renewal. This was sorted out by Curtis effectively and our renewal backdated to the original date as requested. Curtis was extremely helpful and clear in what he was doing and his communication was excellent.
