Excellent Customer Service
Customer service was excellent and the representative was really helpful/clear about my options. They also gave me a call back later in the day to give me time to discuss with my mortgage advisor, which I very much appreciated.
The only reason for not giving five stars is that they called out of the blue and very early in the process, which felt a bit pushy. Given how many scams there are around mortgages, I'd recommend giving potential customers a lead in email / heads-up first.
