Do not order online from this store
Do not order online from this store. After 10 days and no shipping email, I reached out and through text was told the first fulfillment center was out of stock so they moved it to another and I'll get a tracking email shortly. What came was a cancelation email and a refund cause they were out of stock. This was for a christmas present. Had I known, I would have ordered from somewhere else. Terrible first experience, will never use again.

Many bad reviews here sound like my story, but people sure are demanding...
I ordered on Black Friday. I made a mistake with the shipping address and scrambled to contact them before shipment. Emailed, texted, called, and even went to a store. After 2.5 weeks I got a shipping confirmation to the bad address. My heart sank, but later that day I got a timely email that it had been corrected. Shoes arrived 12/21.
Suggested that they take the time to review communication -- at least any containing an order number. Slow is better than not getting an item. Also, don't say 7-10 days to shipment date if it'll be more.
I love how the shoe box is wrapped instead of put inside another box. Extra star!
Poor Customer Service I mean 0 customer service
purchased online product was delivered to the wrong address. Tried contacting the company by text, phone, email, no return call or response. Terrible customer service will never purchase product through fit to run again.Paid full price online. Your company could care less about customers. After attempting to communicate with fit 2 run since Dec 12I stopped payment through my credit card today.

If I could put a zero, I would. Horrible customer service. I have spent hours trying to get a hold of customer service. I have also sent a text and an email. DO NOT Order from this company! They charged my credit card right away, but no contact since then. They said they would send an email when the item ships and tracking info would be included. I got nothing. Their customer service is disgusting!
Poorly run company, don’t care about your order
Ordered sneakers for Xmas online 12/8, and paid for fedex 2 day delivery. On 12/20 still no update on shipping , got in touch by text and they wrote:
The fulfillment center that was assigned your order has rejected the item due to it being out of stock. I will be issuing the full refund to your original form of payment.

I placed and paid for the order online. I waited for 7 days before sending an email checking on the status of the order. I received a replying stating that the shoe was out of stock and they issued me a refund. I would have purchsed the shoe elsewhere had I known it was out of stock. They should have informed me right away that the shoe wasn't available. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. The only reason I am putting 1 star is because they were quick to reply and cancel the order after I inquired about the order.
Stupid website
Stupid website. At check-out, the site keeps telling me that I have insufficient funds on my card when I have way more than the petty $99 that the shoes cost.. and the shipping is supposed to be free. Stupid idiot system.

This website/store is a scam. They did not provide tracking information and when you go and check on their website, you will always get an error: our website is experiencing technical difficulties. I've disputed all charges with my credit card company
Terrible Experience
They did not get back to me on the status of my order even though I tried 3 times, finally after 3 weeks I worked with my credit card company to file a dispute and then they got back saying they accept the dispute and the item was not in stock, I do not recommend anyone use fit2run
NIGHTMARE
NIGHTMARE! I ordered tennis shoes $ 175.67 and NEVER received my shoes. After the fact, I learnt this is FIT 2Run ONLINE is total scam for years and no one stops them!!!! I’m old and I lost my money…. I’ve called endless hours, text and emailed CRICKETS

They deserve ZERO stars. Placed online order on 11/28 received email confirmation of order but order never shipped. I have emailed, texted and called and NO ONE answers you at any of their forms of contact. I waited on the phone for 2-1/2 HOURS today and No One ever answered. This is a SCAM Of A Company and if your smart you won’t buy from them. I only wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered. I will not make this mistake again. You would think that the owners would care about the tons and (I mean tons) of negative reviews everywhere but obviously they don’t care.

DO NOT BUY FROM Fit2Run! All of the below reviews are true. I placed an order on 11/28 and have still not received it on 12/11. I've called customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes twice, texted their customer service per their website instructions with no response after 3 texts, emailed 2 support emails with no replies and finally drove to my local store in Palm Beach Gardens and spoke with the manager who tried to help me and after waiting 3 days, she could not get through to her company either for an update. I am going to dispute through my credit card company now and will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid these crooks at all cost.

If I could give a zero star I would. I should have read the reviews before placing the order with this company. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and was charged 4 times. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for hour and a half and no one picked up the phone. Also tried to call billing department, nothing! I wanted to cancel the order but noone picked up a damn phone! Scam. Do not order from this company.

Placed an order on Tuesday night and not a thing has changed on the order and it is Friday. I bought and am having them shipped to my daughter. If I knew they were this slow I would have gone to the store and bought the shoes. I have called, emailed and texted and no response on any. Can't even cancel! What a way to run a business. Was not told of 30.00 membership fee returned shoes next day and was refunded only for shoes stuck with membership I did not sign for. Not sure that’s legal
Excellent experience
Placed order on Tuesday and received the order on Friday. Received an order confirmation and tracking number. Product was new in box and seemed like shoes were never even tried on. Excellent transaction! Would purchase from again.
