Sadly, my review is similar to other reviews (which I did not check before ordering)- The 10% off first order was not honored, and an item was missing from my order with no explanation and customer service will not respond to me.

If I could rate it as zero I would…. Order placed, didn’t honor 10% off for email sign up, charged credit card and now claim they don’t have any order??? Funny you have my money! Then can’t reach anyone by phone or text. Absolutely terrible!!

I ordered a pair of ASICS running shoes over two weeks ago. I’m not sure if there was a glitch in their software, but I never did receive any email confirmation or any acknowledgment that my order was accepted. They charged my bank card immediately however, and there is no information on how or who to contact regarding this transaction. I reached out through their website but haven’t had any response. I would definitely skip this company and go with a more reputable one that can operate effectively and not like this.

I only wear one kind of sneaker and it's hard to find. Not because it's especially sought after, just because maybe other people aren't really looking for it. I don't know. But I ordered the same sneaker, twice, once in the beginning of February and once this past week. Both times I got a great price and got my order super quickly. I was a little nervous because I had never heard of this company but I had no problems.

Horrible dishonest business. Returned an unworn brand new pair of shoes as they were too large, and the company will not refund my money citing the shoes were worn. The shoes were unworn as they didn't even fit! Filed a dispute to receive a full refund. Do not buy from this company!

I was a little nervous ordering from them but I received my shoes in 3 days and they were perfect! I don’t need to return them so I’m not sure about customer service in that department. But I’m very pleased with the quick arrival & great quality shoe!

Go elsewhere with your money. Their customer service is BEYOND TERRIBLE. It was so bad, I tried writing to the owner but the email listed online bounced back. I was hung up on, accused of wanting a free pair of sneakers n spoke to 5 people and only one was kind enough to listen(Alicia). They were more concerned about getting back a damaged shoe than providing good customer service and then expected me to pay for the return fees until I spoke up and gave push back. They will try and test the waters. Needless to say, I returned the shoe and purchased elsewhere.

Don't buy from them!! They are totally scandalous about returns. I was so excited to get Brooks Glycerins in my size that I bought 2 pairs online at what I thought was a fantastic price. Found out the hard way that the shoes are way too small (I have been wearing size 10s of this shoe for 15 years ... never had a problem) ... and when I tried to return them, this bullsh*t company told me that: 1) I would have to pay to ship them back, and 2) I can't put them in the original box?!? W.T.F. Thanks, guys. You might as well just tell people YOU DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS. Total rip-off. Zero integrity.

Delivery time was very long.
Sent back sneakers because half size small and never received refund. Wrote company numerous emails with proof of tracking via fed ex on confirmation of return. Still nothing. Had to dispute with CC company. Horrible business practice!

Placed an order for running shoes and was charged for the product. Received an email 2- days later canceling the order without posting a refund. Emailed the company and received an email back but was not provided a credit for the changes for a product never received. I have disputed the charge with my cc company.

Complete waste of time. I ordered a pair of shoes online. They cancelled my online order without contacting me before. I've now tried reaching out four different times and get no response. They won't respond. Now I'm reading all the negative reviews about them on other sites. It seems they have TERRIBLE customer service. I hope they're not a scam. I'm keeping a close eye on my credit card statement.

I went to buy shoes, and ship them to my girlfriend's house. The website can't handle a different shipping and billing address. I got billed seven times and have no shoes or confirmation orders. Do not use this company!

Ordered a second pair of the same brookes I had purchased in store previously. Website somewhat dated but check out was simple enough and delivery was super quick.

Good price and selection on Brooks Revel 3 sneakers, hard to locate (because Revel 4s are out now). Was unsure about ordering, as few web store reviews exist. But our order went smoothly, with good email communication, and prompt shipping by FedEx. The shoes are great, and we will shop here again!
