Many of the negative reviews you’ll see are from former free users unhappy about our move to a paid subscription model. Since 2022, Fit3D has required all customers to pay a monthly service fee—similar to a phone plan, there is both hardware and a service layer involved. As service costs have increased, we've phased out legacy free access in favor of a consistent paid model, which is now standard across the SaaS industry. Can't find capacity to Switch Gyms and their Coaches
My Fit 3d was originally set up with Gym #1. I moved to Gym #2 and there was no way for me to change my associated gym. Gym #2 has Fit3d technology and I was able to log into the machine and update my scan, but cannot share with the Coaches from Gym #2. We cannot figure out how to move the account and I don't want to sign in with another login or lose the history

They sold us an $8,000 machine that is…
They sold us an $8,000 machine that is not accurate, demoralizes clients due to the inaccuracy and promised there were no other fees ever.
Now they are charging us $1,100 a year to use the machine we already purchased. What they did is as dishonest as it gets. Do business at your own risk
The response from Fit3D is an excellent example of a dishonest company. "optional". If we do not purchase this 'option' we are no longer able to use the machine. Can you really trust a company that spins things that dishonestly?

Regarding our service fees, it’s true that Fit3D has had a $100/month subscription fee since March 2023, similar to what many of our competitors offer. However, I wanted to clarify that our subscription is opt-in, meaning clients actively sign up for it—Fit3D doesn’t enroll anyone automatically. Could your comment be related to a recent renewal?
We truly value your time as a long-time customer and hope our service has provided meaningful insights for documenting your clients' successes. While we’re no longer able to offer free subscriptions, we hope you’ll continue finding value in what Fit3D brings to your business.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been experiencing.
Could you let me know if you’re writing in as a unit owner or as someone who completed a scan? If you have an existing support ticket, I’d be happy to take a closer look into it for you.
With our system’s architecture, even with a newly set-up unit, you should generally see a percentage of successful scans rather than it working just once. There may be environmental or usage factors at play, and we’d be glad to investigate and ensure everything is operating as it should.
If you can provide me with some details to help locate your account or ticket, I’ll work on resolving this for you and getting your system back up and running.
There is also a chance that since the staff had off on Christmas, we perhaps did not get to your ticket in time. LMK.

Representative was very helpful getting my email address updated. Community Center just got the scanner so it’s my first time being scanned. Didn’t come out perfect but planning on doing it again soon as I’ve lost 102 pounds since November 2022 due to health issues.
