I just want to thank the Fitkit Uk team, more specifically Shaf and Abid.
They were super responsive and extremely helpful on my purchase of the 2 life fitness machines purchased.
They split 2 machines which they dont normally do for me and gave me a deal.
They went backwards to send me
images of every angle of the machines ( which were at the back of warehouse) and also shipped the machines next day delivery at no cost.

Had 2 spin bikes serviced by a very helpful and thorough young man, who explained everything he had done to the bikes. Got a discount for getting the 2 bikes done, easy to book. Will use again when the next service is needed.

This company have stock so there is no need to wait three months for delivery of machinery, it is delivered within days. In addition staff want to sell it, they are very helpful, any queries by email or phone are answered very quickly. A good company and would not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic service as always. I have bought three pieces of equipment from FitKitUK and they have been of the highest quality with no issues whatsoever. My most recent purchase of the Precor AMT needed installation and the guys at FitKitUK were friendly, efficient and skilled in installing the trainer where it needed to be. Highly recommended!

The machine was not properly fixed for new use and parts missing .can’t use fully .

Simply waste of money. And the worst thing is they said refund is excepted but when you request the answer is from your expenses that means they pay £8 for postage you lost it and to return you have to pay another £8 in total £16 for the price of £10 crap
