Very quick to deliver
For me it was more convenient than buying because of the delivery window being 2hours and they turned up bang on time, Woody & Shane looked very smart and were so helpful and polite.
All of the staff I’ve spoken to are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite and the washer is twice as economical as my nearly 13 year old Miele so I’m very happy.

We had our new television delivered and…
We had our new television delivered and installed yesterday. The booked time was adhered to, with phone calls to alert us. Nigel and Dylan were efficient, friendly and competent. The only issue was outside their control - we had expected the TV to connect to our existing Video/DVD player but it had the wrong connection. A phone call by Nigel to the office is now sorting the problem. We have used Forbes for over 20 years and are very satisfied.

Everything was so easy
Everything was so easy,From the 1st call to installation. Staff have been friendly and easy to understand when speaking. Installed quickly by friendly able bodied engineers. Will 100% use this company for ALL my rentals from now on.

Just got an upgrade on my washing…
Just got an upgrade on my washing machine, the two fellas that come today, Ricky & Adam were lovely. Very helpful very chatty, they had a warm welcoming about them, which is always nice. Service was great they took my old machine out took that away, popped my new one and set it up, and showed me how to use it.
My old washing machine was actually on a piece of carpet as well and they kindly put my new one back on that piece of carpet. Which was appreciated. Overall brilliant service, can never ever fault these guys. Thank you
