A really enjoyable shopping experience. A wide range of lovely, tasteful, ethical and innovative products at pleasingly 'normal' prices. I visited two branches (Henley and Marlow) on the same day and both times I was met by very friendly, polite and helpful staff who made my experience easy and enjoyable. Also spoke to someone else over the phone later and again was met with the same friendly professionalism.
Will definitely revisit in future and would highly recommend. A true credit to the high street 👌

FourState is a real gem of a business. All the products are very well considered from an environmental, social & governance perspective, and there are many truly beautiful items. The shops are a delight to visit; they are thoughtfully laid out (even the paint on the walls is eco friendly) with wonderful staff who are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I admire their vision, passion & ambition to make the world a better place.

Absolutely fantastic I don’t think my best kept secret will last for long. Every item has been perfectly chosen for this type of store.

What a wonderful find this shop was for me. I spent so much time marvelling at all the gorgeous items made from recycled goods, all the beautiful plants oxygenating the atmosphere and all the planet friendly items to buy. Jo and Patrick were very friendly and spent time educating me about the recycling processes. Gismo, the puppy, is an absolute delight. All staff members I met were friendly and helpful and I am always reluctant to leave the shop. I cannot pass this shop without going in to browse, buy and chat.

I bought a top during a visit to Henley, unfortunately it was too big. I called up the next day was told to post it back and they would send me an alternative size. And that’s exactly what happened. Very accommodating and great friendly service. Would definitely go back.

Love shopping here. Went in for cotton buds and came out with super glass/refillable bottles for shampoo & conditioner as well. Friendly, helpful staff.
