I wanted to exchange an exclusive edition for a signed exclusive edition that had been restocked. I was informed that a direct exchange isn’t possible but my order could be cancelled and I could reorder. This was accomplished very easily with the guidance of excellent customer service.

I bought gift cards on-line but had difficulty downloading them. A lady at Foyles was very kind and excreemly helpful too. What more did I need!
