very helpful delivered where i needed it even though difficult really good and helpful driver Colin 10/10

I ordered a skip to be placed around the rear of the property. We have previously used skip companies who have placed skips in this location as the access is over 3mtrs wide and opens up to a large area with garages and drive ways. Received a call to say its on its way and when we arrived at the property there was no skip. Had to call Frank keys to find out where the skip was. Then then had to call the driver to find out where it was. Then got told the driver said it was too tight to access and we needed to apply for a permit to place it on the road and this would be another £78. I told the office staff that everything has to go through the solicitors and would take a while to get approved. I spoke to the solicitors and got told they need to speak to the other parties and still waiting to get approval. So spoke to the office staff and said i can't do anything without the approved amount so need to cancel it. I got told that there would be a small cancellation fee of around £80 . When I got a credit it was a charge of £141.98 which I think is a bit excessive. The house has now been cleared and won't use Frank keys again.

Brilliant company to deal with, used their Somercotes branch a few times lately for bags of 10mm chippings. Price is good, and the delivery drivers are always friendly and nothing is too challenging when it comes to unloading the bulk bags, they are clearly skilled operators of the cranes on the trucks!
Didn't catch the name of our driver, but RS18KEY was the truck.
Brilliant service, will be in touch again soon for our next order!

Good value for money considerate delivery drivers nothing to much trouble

Brilliant service. Ordered skip online through Frank Key delivered by enva. Smooth delivery on the date I asked for and then rand Frank Key to say ready to collect. Lady i spoke to was very polite and helpful. Skip collected the next day. Can not fault Frank Key or Enva.

Absolute jokers , delivery was organised online nearly 2 weeks before I needed it , came to delivery day and kept getting fobbed off with excuses as to why it wasn't being delivered, just kept getting told it would be with us in a hour about 4 times throughout the day

Delivered as i requested & helpfully dropped exactly where I needed it. When I had some operation issues the help I received was efficient and helped me progress with my project! The collection was again as expected with friendly service from everyone I dealt with. Thank you!

If carlsberg did a builders merchant then frank key would be it . Anthony and all the staff super helpful and great customer service along with everything you could need .

Colin couldnt have been mote helpful. He went the extra to put the bags in a difficult to reach place and saved me a lot of work. Everything as ordered. Very happy.
