I recently moved into my flat. A couple of days after moving in, I encountered some issues with the flat and contacted my agent, Salv. Thankfully, for his prompt support and responses, contractors were contacted, and the issues were resolved hassle-free.

Freddie was amazing from start to finish. He made the whole process easy and stress-free for me. He was always quick to respond, super helpful with any questions, and genuinely friendly and approachable.
Would recommend him to anyone looking to find a flat!

When I found my current flat, he followed up immediately after the viewing, and kept me posted about the landlords decision after submitting my offer. A great agent.

Promised a lot, including a higher price, but fell far short.
I only had 1 viewing, decided to terminate the agreement. Spoke to their lettings as sales unavailable. Followed this up in writing, but no acknowledgement.
Then after ending the agreement Dexters called ( part of same company) to say had I been told about a viewing in 5 minutes time - no.
It transpired the viewing was by Frank Harris, and they clearly did not know I no longer was selling through them or thr key arrangement.
I have since contacted ×2 to complain and saying not to market my property.
One star, no choice, so I'll give that to the women who tried to arrange a viewing but no-one told her what she needed to know, at least she tried.

I found Frank Harris & Co super helpful and responsive, especially Zac Purssord he helped us throughout our tenancy agreement process and ensured we felt supported. Would definitely recommend!

DESPITE CLAIMING TO BE A RICS REGULATED FIRM IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND ANY HARD FACTUAL EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THIS CLAIM APART FROM A SINGLE DIRECTOR OUT OF MANY BEING AN RICS MEMBER. VERY POOR AT BASIC COMPETENCES AND SUBMITTED LANDLORDS EVIDENCE A DAY AFTER CLOSING DEADLINE YET EXPECTED CLIENTS TO ACCEPT THIS AS AN ACCEPTABLE PERFORMANCE SO CAVEAT EMPTOR AND THERE ARE OTHER RICS REGULATED AGENTS OUT THERE
