Absolute nightmare.
We moved in last week to a flat rented through Adeel, Nicole and Mark in the Waterloo branch. We found the flat infested with moths, not cleaned properly (the cleaners came in a second time upom request, but they still left the flat in an average state at best). If that was not enough, the flat was filled with the previous tenant's belongings, including but not limited to laundry, bedding and towels as well as greasy pots and pans.
Finally, we requested in our offer the bathroom to be treated of all mould, only to discover the back of the toilet caked with black mould. And here we are stuck for three years. Don't repeat our mistakes: avoid them at all costs. A week in, we are still waiting for pest control.
(The one star is only because they have a maintenance team that picks up the phone - but isn't that the bare minimum?)

But guess this is just a reflection of the London market right now where agents can afford to lose a few clients given they have more than enough demands from other leads

Very vocal and helpful staff! They got me a couple of good options per week during August, which is the hottest season in the rental market. Charlotte, the manager I worked with, was super nice and come up with very good apartments both in terms of price and location.
The agents who do the viewings are never late, happy to discuss all the details of the property and answer any questions.

Excellent team over at Frank Harris / Barbican. Tirelessly managed to find a great tenant for my flat with many viewings. Professional from start to finish. Ask for Mitchell Max, he was diligent and persistent. Follow up has been amazing as well. Perfect choice for me as I was reviewing several options and glad I went with them.
