This company is lying to its customers, a lot of the items on the site shown to be 'in stock', are not actually in stock; after you place an order they take your money and contact you last minute to tell you that the items you ordered are not actually in stock and that the delivery will be delayed until they can get them from their suppliers...

Very sorry to hear this, we do deal with thousands of products. Occasionally there are stock problems from suppliers or other errors, in which case we'll contact you to offer a replacement or to delay the order.
This is standard practice for other businesses in the same industry as us. If you've not received everything you want on your order, please contact customer service and we'll waive the delivery fee so you can order it again.
Great Company & Great Quality
Quality is always great and staff are really friendly on collection. Prices are better than most other french import supermarkets around. Ordered many times and never had an issue. Just wish they did occasional discount codes or were based nearer me. Keep up the great work guys!

The driver was friendly and on time. A couple of days prior to the delivery day, I received a refund which was for a non-available item.
From the online ordering to the delivery the whole process was very easy to complete.
I will be ordering again.

Their customer service is incredibly bad. The first order they send never reached destination and I had o call the courier to understand what happened. I asked for a new delivery and they managed to mess up the delivery another time… honestly shop somewhere else if you ever want to get your shop.

Very sorry about this, it looks like the first parcel was lost by DPD and the second was a mistake by customer service, putting the re delivery in to the original address instead of the new one you asked for.
You have our full apologies for this, please contact sales@frenchclick.com and they will refund it for you. We hope there is at least someone at the original address to use the products.
Very unpleasant and stressful experience
Four times in a row there were problems with the delivery and they do not inform people either of delays or totally changing a delivery from morning to an afternoon slot. On several occasions I found out at the time of delivery that my items were not included items I’d needed that evening! They do not answer their phone and generally lack courtesy. They tend to forget who the customer is and treat them disdain. Such a shame as the products are good and authentic. We need another French distributor that’s more professional.

Very sorry about this. You have not replied to our request for information so we don't know who you are, to investigate this and try and fix these issues.
Satisfied eventually
My order was two days late which is why I deducted one star. However, the delay was actually down to DHL not coping with high demand after Black Friday. French click were quick to respond to my queries and to chase the missing order. When it did arrive it was well packaged and all items in good condition. French click have now refunded my postage costs, so alls well.
