Very good, very thorough, and could get the car in reasonably quickly after a warning light came up. They provided a video showing some other problems too and fixed them, keeping me updated throughout, and the car is now driving better than it has in a couple of years. First time using them but I’ll be going back.

All staff are very friendly and polite. I would recommend Fresh motors to anyone 😁

Time had come to have the wet belt replaced on our Citroen... arranged to have this done at Fresh Motors, who service both our cars. Easily booked and on day of the work everything went smoothly, as usual, and the work was completed as promised. Cost as advised, no hidden extras.

First time using Fresh motors to replace a cam belt and waterpump on my corsa vxr. The staff was great from the start, clear and honest that they was unsure how long it would take due to not having much experience on the vxr engine. Although they went over on the labour they did not charge the extra. They also advised the auxiliary belt needed changing and did not charge the labour on this due to it not being any more work whilst doing cam belt.

Receptionist on Saturday morning (forgotten the ladies name) kept me up to date and even waited passed midway for me to get there to collect the car despite her finishing at 12.

Very good experience and already booked my car in for another job.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Danny, Adam, Kieran and Jonathan for sorting out my BMW 3 Series and cannot recommend these lads enough.

Always had PCP cars so this was my first time buying used. Danny and Adam got me a very good deal and looked after me right the way through. I was told all the details about the car over the phone and everything was spot on when I took delivery this morning. Car was immaculate and runs so smooth, gave me all the service history documentation and the transaction couldn’t of went any smoother. Also they went the extra mile and had all the wheel refurbished (diamond cut), new set of tyres and had the cars paintwork detailed, and a full, fresh and advisory free MOT before delivery at no extra charge. No products was heavily pushed on me either which is a welcomed change, just lightly suggested and I took out their platinum warranty cover which was a no brainer and actually a decent price.

Jonathan delivered the car early this morning and cannot thank him enough for a smooth handover, got alot of time for people like him and the service he provided was very professional and we had a great conversation about cars. Again guided me through the very few documents I needed to sign and had me all set within 15 minutes. He went out of his way to drive 5 hours early hours through the morning to bring the car to me and trust me your not getting service like that hardly anywhere else, even Ford would not deliver my new PCP cars for me over the years, but these lads did with no hesitation.

Honestly if your like me and your new in the used car market then I would heavily recommend and suggest you speak to the lads from Fresh Motors, if its a BMW your after then I recommend Adam Moss as he has 12+ years experience working at BMW and knows them inside and out, guarantee they will find you a car and give you the same service.
