Customer service experience

When I purchased the vehicle I indicated that I would be interested in purchasing a Service plan. The vendor said he would send it to me. Unfortunately he was killed some days later. Since, at present, I am not in the UK my friend contacted Mazda on my behalf and was informed that they would send me the required documentation. At present I have received nothing and no longer have any interest in purchasing a Service Plan. Other than this my experience at the Mazda dealership was very good.

T W White is excellent. A small dealership operation, with an evident focus on delivering a great quality product in a very approachable and friendly way. I bought my new Mazda MX-5 from them in April 2026. The process through initial visit, test drive, decision, purchase and collection was straightforward, informed and friendly. A brief follow-up visit to rectify a small issue was smooth and very well-handled.

The staff at Orpington are so friendly and customer oriented and are happy to explain what work has been carried out .

The staff were very helpful and informative whenever I needed to contact them. I bought the new car online and my old car was taken in part exchange without them seeing it.

I have been using TW White in Bookham for many years both for purchasing cars and servicing. I have always experienced excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would like to mention the young lad who collected and delivered my mx5 after its service who was a credit to the company.

One of the best places to buy a car nice staff good price very helpful and not pushy and yes I will buy there again plus nice coffee machine 😀

Incredible service from the moment I called to the moment I collected my car.

Delightful front of desk staff. They gave me a loan vehicle for the day and listened to what I needed. Mechanic called to discuss the fault I had with the car. Car was valeted before being returned and I was issued with a comprehensive report.

Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
