Our quote was prepared very swiftly for us, an on the day the product was delivered and collected again all as promised, right time, right place, no fuss, great service.

I was so impressed with how easy everything was for the hire of some tables and benches! I got a quote and booked everything online and the tables arrived on the day expected and were picked up again on the agreed date with no issues. The delivery men were friendly and efficient for drop off and delivery and the price was really reasonable in comparison to some other companies I received quotes from

Hired furniture for our wedding which was meant to go ahead in April. After mass events were cancelled due to covid, we asked to cancel our order in March and were told we could only change the date. Later, we tried to cancel and they kept going back and fourth as to whether we would get our refunded 75% (stated on the contract) or nothing at all. Finally, they agreed to 75% but told us that their accounts team were on furlough and so we wouldn't be able to receive it until August. However, now in July, we received an INVOICE from the ACCOUNTS TEAM when they were supposedly not working and they charged us an extra £125 for a "cancellation fee"!! When they were the ones that were meant to be refunding us. We are still fighting the battle to get our money back on a service we NEVER received 3 months later. Compare this to the nice small cake shop that gave us all our money back when we had to cancel the wedding, they didn't even keep the deposit! So it makes NO sense to me why a big company like this can't give us our entitled 75% back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. We are still planning to have the wedding reception next year and we definitely won't be using Furniture Hire UK.

I have ordered furniture for my wedding, and it was out of stock at the last minute. I accepted to be delivered cheaper furniture as replacement, but the difference of price has never been totally refunded without any reason. I had to send a dozen of emails during 2 months. Time consuming, not reliable, I do not recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish rung up to enquire dealt with Nikki placed order paid for got furniture when needed courtesy call from driver before delivery and collection would recommend and will re-use

I would strongly recommend this company for furniture hire. good quality furniture and transparent in my dealings with the company. I have had many occasions to hire furniture and Furniture Hire has been the best to deal with so far.

The assistant sales manger persuaded me to order my wedding chairs because she said they would be sold out in a matter of days. I panicked and ordered and paid, only to realise I do have them already ordered through the table package. I called back to cancel less than 10 hours later and was told that they could only refund me 75 percent of what i paid - as per their small print. no one can explain why they charge 25 percent - and I've been waiting for a call back from the manager since may,

I ordered five tables and 35 chairs several weeks before my party on 8th July. I had prepared a table plan, made flowers, bought ice buckets etc for my tables. The ordering was easy and the gentleman concerned very helpful.

On the delivery day (7th) the furniture arrived. The chairs and cushions were great but I was informed the tables I ordered were not available and seven small tables were left. No apology no warning. This completely messed up my plans.

I called to complain and have called and e-mailed many times. I have been offered a refund if £27.60! Aftercare is non-existent - the company are not bothered that I was so unhappy as I did not get what I ordered. A great shame as I have a much bigger celebration coming up and would have used this company again but it is an insult what I have been offered.

Would not use again or recommend sadly.

Hired some office furniture from Furniture Hire UK for our Mayfair office.
Very disappointing experience. All of the items were delivered in a terrible state, broken, dirty and covered in dust. The cupboard were delivered locked, and with the wrong keys. Contacted Furniture Hire UK and logged a complaint. Despite chasing them for nearly 2 weeks I've not heard anything back. They also damaged both the walls and our expensive flooring when dropping off the furniture. Avoid at all cost! Dealing with them has been a very costly mistake. If I was to describe them in one word, it would be INCOMPETENT.
