I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Tejal at Furniture Village, and I felt compelled to share just how exceptional the experience was.

From the moment I walked in, Tejal demonstrated outstanding professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care. I was looking to purchase a table, chairs, and a coffee table, and she guided me through the entire process with patience and expertise. She took the time to understand my preferences, style, and budget, offering thoughtful recommendations that perfectly matched what I had in mind—while also introducing options I hadn’t considered but absolutely loved.

What truly stood out was her in-depth knowledge of the products. She was able to explain the materials, durability, design features, and even how different pieces would complement each other in my space. This gave me complete confidence in my choices.

Tejal never made me feel pressured at any point. Instead, her friendly and approachable manner made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s genuinely because of her excellent service and guidance that I went ahead with purchasing the table, chairs, and coffee table.

Customer service like this is rare to find, and Tejal is a true asset to Furniture Village. I would highly recommend asking for her assistance if you’re looking for a seamless and pleasant shopping experience.

The showroom is lovely.. the staff very helpful and full of knowledge.
The issues started afterwards.. it began with roughly a 3 week delay on our furniture.. a pain as we had moved house and were desperate for it.. but these things happen..
Next the furniture arrives at 7 am Sunday morning.. no problem.. but all chairs are missing .. they’ve lost them .. can’t find them anywhere.. 2 weeks later they find them in a storage container evidently.
The chairs arrived but the scratched glass lamp table still remained an issue. The morning delivery of the replacement lamp table arrived and .. get a call to say they are coming to build it ! I didn’t need it building so nothing arrived. The next delivery is booked and guess what .. they’ve lost it! Another 2 weeks pass and it finally turned up.
Now overall they were all nice girls and guys that I dealt with .. but there’s issues delivery warehouse end .. it appears to be organised chaos.

We ordered two items from the store and was told it would arrive in 5-7 working days.
We got one of the items come about 10 days after purchase and the second item has never arrived.

Nigel helped us with a bed choice, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy.

After placing an order for a new suite, my husband unexpectedly passed away a few weeks later. I contacted Northampton branch and spoke to Keith (our sales person), I wanted to keep our original suite, its still good condition. A few days later, Jamie the store manager called, and was very sympathetic, supportive and reassured me the order would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund of the deposit. If only other companies were this cooperative and supportive. Will definitely use them again. A huge huge thank you.

Every employee, shop, fulfillment centre, and customer services for Furniture Village has been professional and very understanding. No fuss, helpful and the speed of dealing with issues has made the experience of having a problem with a delivery very easy. Shame that you had to use contractors out of your control.

Had a great experience in Furniture village purchasing are new suite. The staff member who I think was called Mo was very helpful, informative and had good knowledge of the product. We also had a lovely good will gesture of a free picture as we decided to order there and then instead of going away to think about it. This is the second time of ordering furniture from them and it’s always gone very smoothly. Would highly recommend

Kind people and doing job very quick

Drivers were very friendly assembled the product expertly .respected my house very well .

I went on a busy Sunday lunchtime and after a little wait I was able to order exactly what I wanted in the colour that I wanted at a very good price. Everyone was polite and helpful. I received a telephone call a week later and the items were delivered the day after that. Andy and Andree delivered and installed the furniture. They were excellent, efficient, helpful, friendly. There was no mess and they took all packaging away with them. I cannot complement these two enough.
