My product does not arrive on time, and pay for overnight I am dissatisfied with the service.
I had to travel on Tuesday and pay for the service on Friday and Tuesday at noon I play to go to the airport with my product and stayed in Florida

BBB.org rated A+, was a primary reason why I purchased from Gadget Circuit. 2nd reason, I submitted a few emails and I "received" a response within a few days. I ordered my Nikon Coolpix P600 on a Sunday and received the camera on Wednesday.

Placed my order and received within a week. Very simple and clearly explained the product. I would highly recommend.

Best price and received my item within 3 days.

Customer service / phone availability hours were too short. My order took two business days to process. Thus I missed my window of opportunity to use the camera I'd ordered (for a business trip).

On the plus side, once I did get ahold of customer service, I was treated well, and was able to cancel my order and save the overnight shipping charges that I no longer needed.

Purchased this camera with the cheapest price I can find through the internet. Even thought it said it takes 7-10 business fro the free delivery, it actually delivered within 5 days, ground from NJ to CA. Very satisfied and will definitely come back again!

Recently, I placed an order to purchase a lens. the prices are in reasonable and the shipment was fast and protective. Next time, I plan to purchase a lens, will place and order from them.

I needed to replace my Nikon J1 camera body only after my son dropped it. It was going to cost more money to repair it through Nikon so I decided to upgrade. I only needed the body and all the big box stores sold the camera with accessories I already had at triplease the cost. I was able to purchase a new camera body only for MUCH less than I would've somewhere else. It came fast and I am very happy with my purchase. It was brand new and had everything it should've, packaged from Nikon. I would purchase from here again!

After wondering where my order was I reached out to customer service to get a better idea. The customer service rep was great, polite, courteous, and apologetic. He informed me that the order was oversold and I was to receive a refund. I understand things happen but what bothers me is that I had to follow up with them to get the story only to be told it was cancelled. All that time they had to let me know that they oversold a while back could of been used to buy another birthday present but now there is no more time. I know things happen but be responsive quickly so your customers can react.

Expensive camera was in original OEM box but placed and shipped in a much larger box with no peanuts or other protective shipping material. The OEM warns against the camera being subjected to shock or vibration which could have occurred with the way my camera was shipped.

I have only made one purchase with this company. It was a camera that was advertised on Amazon for $445 and I bought it here for $345. Everything that was included in the camera on Amazon was included at Gadget Circuit. The shipping expected to take 7-10 days and it came by 2-5. I would consider doing business here again.
