I was very pleased with the quick service and shipping. The price for the item I purchased was below pricing from competitors. I would recommend their store to others who are shopping for items they carry.

I found a lens for a better price on Gadget Circuit than I saw elsewhere, bought it, and it arrived faster than expected. No problems. I'm a satisfied customers and have recommended the same lens and site to a co-worker who is also into photography.

I couldn't believe the price I found at Gadget Circuit. I actually checked to make sure the item wasn't listed as refurbished because Gadget Circuit beat everyone's price by such a large margin. By far the best price for the Charge HR I was looking for. The shipping was super slow, otherwise I would give a 5 star rating.

I paid for overnight shipping on a product and when I got the tracking number I found that it had not been shipped overnight and now a week later I still haven't received it. I called customer service and they tried to tell me that over night delivery doesn't mean overnight delivery. When he finally looked at the website, he agreed that i was charged for overnight delivery but didn't even offer any refund for not being overnight. Just stated that i could refuse the package, which i am sure I would have been charged still for shipping and maybe a restocking fee.

I bought a Sony RX10 mark ii from Gadget Circuit because it was the lowest price online I could find that looked like a reputable source (aka, when I googled the name and looked for customer reviews, they were decent)...

The camera arrived quickly and fully functional. I was a little concerned when it arrived because the it seemed like the Sony packaging may have been opened before, but everything was included and brand new, so I can't really complain.

The bottom line: I saved $200. That's a win in my book :)

I recently purchased a Nikon SB-910 speedlight. The flash was shipped with no manual or warranty card...which Nikon ALWAYS includes with their products. This product is either refurbished, or not an original Nikon product. The listing showed it as NEW. I contacted Gadget Circuit, and they tried telling me Nikon doesn't include manuals...which I know is not true. Not only is the box designed with a specific location for the manual, but I have purchased many Nikon items in the past, and they all include the manual and warranty card. Very frustrating.

UPDATE: Customer service was very friendly and added an additional 3 year extended warranty for the product. The warranty was my biggest concern with the purchase. They also threw in an accessory kit for a charger and batteries. While I still wish I had the original manual and Nikon warranty, the extra service was appreciated.

Nice experience. My own camera went with a fatal error and needed to replace it quick for the weekend. Had a brand new camera in two days. Thanks for the easy experience.

Great camera at a great price

Great camera and you can't beat the price. Takes great pictures without the complication of all the different modes and settings. The WiFi is great to. Sends pictures to phones, computers, etc.

Placed an order and called to make sure it was in stock before I placed it since I needed the product quick for a photojob. They confirmed it was in stock. I never received the product as promised, and I got no information regarding my order. Called and was informed that it was never in stock and that it was going to be in stock the following Friday, Called that Friday to check on the order and was informed, again, that it was not in stock. I understand that products can be out of stock, but I think I should be contacted and informed by this new information instead of me hunting GC down to beg for information regarding my order. Still have not received the order and I missed out on a photo job because of this.
