We have a NECO controller for our garage door and inherited two of the original plastic NECO remotes with it. One of them ceased to function correctly last year and 'Garage Door Parts' identified the correct replacement for this and supplied one then. It worked first time and was extremely simple to pair with the controller following their instructions. Their response to that original request was immediate and efficient. Needless to say when we required to replace the second remote we contacted them again and the response was once again immediate and accurate. We highly recommend using this company who are a pleasure to do business with,

Excellent service - answered a number of enquiries , helped with some technical issues , sorted me out with a fast order and also quickly sorted me a refund on a wrong part ( that was my fault !). Would certainly recommend again.

From start to finish this company have been absolutely spot on. They correctly diagnosed the fault with my garage door, sourced the correct part within 48hrs at a very competitive price. Talked me through installation and my garage door works like new. Outstanding customer services and overall excellent experience. Well done and thank you.

From start to finish. The service from the team at GDL, have been first class, updated delivery time, technical support, the Neco garage Controller, was a replacement for my old somfy controller which had been playing up for a very long time, the Neco, gave us everything we needed at a FANTASTIC price, it also comes with 2 pre programmed controllers.
Thank you guys.

One of the best companies I have ever bought from. Bought 2 garage door springs which were the wrong ones.( my fault ). Ordered 2 new springs with the expert help from the staff and got reimbursed for the first ones. Nothing seems a problem for this company and very pleasant on the phone. Excellent.

Super helpful through two orders, being flexible on refunding/new orders and really responsive at all times. Also chased an order through the courier and helpful on the phone. Couldn’t fault

Great service, fast response to an enquiry, information given as to which product would be suitable and delivery in a few days, great comms and product easy to use. Highly recommended

When one of my garage door openers failed, I contacted them for assistance. I sent a photo of the transmitter and they told me what to order. A replacement transmitter arrived the following day and I followed their instructions to reprogram it. It works perfectly. In summary: helpful service, rapid delivery, excellent product. Perfect!

Having just purchased a replacement remote fob for our existing garage door, we have received excellent service and back up. From initially helping to identify the correct fob required, then very helpful assistance in sorting through the required method needed in it's pairing with our control panel. Many thanks

Excellent service above and beyond re identifying garage unit and synchronising the remotes.Incredible patience with my images and questions.

Superb service from Garage Door parts, motor arrived before scheduled, great cost. Brilliant quality, over all impression Very Impressed. Thanks team 👍🏻

I was having problems with a 20 year-old roller-shutter door that was tripping the electrics. (Was not bought from Garage Door Parts UK.)

I described the problem and symptoms in detail on their "Contact us" web page and enquired whether a new controller they sell might fix the problem. Their engineer advised that actually the symptoms sounded like the door was catching the power lead. I had already looked for that possibility, but with the advice I checked again, feeling in places I couldn't see - and found the cable bared by friction against the roller. I was able to remove the motor and effect a repair myself.

So the advice they freely gave was very sound, and very much appreciated. They didn't make a sale on this occasion, but I know where I will turn when I do need parts in future.

Ordered a new garage door remote on Monday, delivered today(Wednesday) took two mins to programme it to my garage control. All working ok
Very pleased with this service

Garage door broke on Sunday. I identified what was wrong and contacted GDL to see if they could help with parts that same evening. I got a response within an hour requesting a photo. Photos sent before 9.00am on Monday morning and parts ordered by 10am Monday. Parts arrived mid morning Tuesday. Door operational again by lunchtime.
Beat That!

Fast and efficient service. I had difficulties installing but the sale team had good technical knowledge and helped me along the way. Thank you

Very quick delivery, perfect product as described and good feedback and technical communication

This is a first class company to deal with. Particularly the customer service which we found exceptional. We contacted them expecting to purchase a new part but they suggested we tried reprogramming our unit instead, providing us with the necessary instructions. Issue resolved and unexpectedly at no cost too. Thank you so much!

Would highly recommend this company.
Needed a replacement garage remote.
Reasonable priced and delivered within the time frame.

Brilliant , I received , in my case, a new remote for my garage door. I had trouble following the setup instructions and contacted them by mail sending pictures of my setup. In a record time they point me out to the correct procedure.

I have had problems sourcing a replacement key fob for my garage for some time. Having found this site the problem was solved. GDP were able to identify my type of garage door and from that the key fob I required.
In addition to that they provided very clear and detailed instructions on programming the fob for my garage door.
They were very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout.
