Garage Door Parts UK Bewertungen

I have had problems sourcing a replacement key fob for my garage for some time. Having found this site the problem was solved. GDP were able to identify my type of garage door and from that the key fob I required.
In addition to that they provided very clear and detailed instructions on programming the fob for my garage door.
They were very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout.

Great service and very helpful even on a Sunday

Easy to deal with. Very quick and helpful

I came across this company wanting an additional Seceuroglide remote control garage door opener. The suppliers wanted an astronomical amount.
The guys here checked, via photos the correct replacement (frequency etc) and despatched next day, with simple coding instructions. Worked perfectly within minutes.
All at much, much less than the suppliers for exactly the same product.
Amazing service. I can't recommend them enough.
Cheers guys.

Great product and service, really helped me when i had a small issue fitting. Thanks again

Excellent advice, replacement fob arrived next day, instructions very clear, a doddle to set-up, working perfectly

Garage door parts have exceeded all expectations. I ordered parts for my door paying £240, the fitter who I booked in absolutely butchered the garage door and left the door hanging to one side. I contacted garage doors to return a lock which the fitter hadn’t opened. The customer service team responded to ask what had happened, after a few emails and me sharing images, I told them I have been told I need a brand new door. Garage doors said they wanted to help me( I was surprised at how willing they were to support me) they helped me source a reputable fitter, stayed in contact with me over email. A few days later he came out and repaired my door with the parts I had purchased. I cannot recommend this company enough, absolute legends who helped me massively. I would have been £1200 down for a new garage door had they not have stepped in!

Friendly customer service. Helpful when I phoned to check they had the correct items before ordering.Promptly delivered. I installed the item but had made an error in my wiring.I emailed and got a quick reply which resolved the issue. Many thanks

After being told I would not be able to find a replacement part for my garage door by a reputable company I was very pleased to find Garage Door Parts had exactly what I needed.
They responded immediately to my enquiry, sent me a link to the part. I ordered the part Thursday it arrived Monday fitted same day, garage door moving perfectly again.
Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this company, the service was excellent.

Easy to order, well priced item and very quick delivery

I recently ordered garage door springs and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and reliable. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the quality of the springs exceeded my expectations.

What really stood out was the level of professionalism — clear communication, helpful support, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in both their products and their service.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door parts. A smooth, hassle-free experience all around!

Our experience of the company was great in every way. Very knowledgeable staff who responded to questions carefully and helpfully. Parts dispatched same day as ordered and arrived next morning by 1st Class post. This service was impeccable. Very highly recommended. Thank you.

This is a superb company who gave me such good service, help and advice. Told me when it would be sent and it was fast delivery. It was not a huge cost to me (a part for my garage door) but still took their time to make sure everything was correct. Can so highly recommend this company. A very happy customer indeed

I needed additional remote controls for my garage door. I ordered what I thought were the right remotes but they didn't work. After a couple of emails I was given a set of instructions and with two simple actions the remotes worked. I really can't thank this company enough for their patience and helpfulness - I was about to give up and return the remotes! Excellent service - couldn't want for better!

Needed help finding the correct replacement parts. Emailed GDL and got a response within five minutes including some additional welcome advice. Prices were competitive and parts arrived the next day. Perfect.

i required a garage door remote for a 20 year old system. GDP provided correct item. when i had trouble setting up the remote GDP were extremely helpfully online to provide a solution, with their help i got the remote working and i am planning on purchasing a 2nd in the future. i would recommend this company without hesitation.

Garage Door Parts blew me away with their customer service.
From promptly answering my inquiry to providing the information I requested – they were knowledgeable, efficient and quick.
Even when I requested to adjust my order, they were cordial and professional in accommodating my request.
My only wish is that more companies in Canada had the level of customer service that Garage Door Parts offers!

Excellent service, very helpful, couldn’t get remote to program correctly so was put in touch with manufacturers and they managed to talk me through and now works perfectly. Would highly recommend this company
