I ordered six large Quercus ilex plants. I was kept well informed of my order status and delivery details. The plants arrived looking healthy and as expected. Very happy with the service and delivery.

The conifer I ordered was excellent and in perfect condition on delivery., The service I received from Garden Plants Online was also excellent. The conifer had to be shipped from Italy,. The plant had to go into quarantine. I had a weekly report from Garden Plants Online giving me up to date progress of the time line for delivery of the conifer. I had to wait but it was worth it for such a good quality plant. Because of the excellent condition of the conifer I certainly will be ordering from this complany again.

I ordered some pots for a very reasonable price. The delivery took 2 weeks, so perhaps don't use them if you're in a hurry.

Excellent mature persimmon tree delivered very happy in great condition except a little sunburst on leaves but nothing to worry about! Great service very happy the tree should give fruit within two years inshallah

and Falsely advertising.
you do NOT get the plant in the photo
they charge you the price of a large plant but you will receive a TINY little plant that you can get anywhere for half the price or less.

You should be ashamed of yourself Megan your certainly good at your lies but remember what I said karma. There's a review site on Facebook called garden plants online reviews. I've also got a recorded phone call to the company and some man telling me if I had ordered the plant 3 months later in the year I would have received the larger plant.
he said if I just give it time the plant I receive will grow big lol

The ordering process was straightforward and easy. The order acceptance and communication right through to delivery was very good. The quality of the goods received look good and healthy.

The firm communicated at all times and clarified any issues. The pots are really beautiful and hand crafted. Very pleased.

I won’t go in to details as I actually can’t be bothered.
But I would NEVER deal with this company again.
Customer service is non existent & if you have a problem it is NEVER their fault apparently and they are extremely rude.
Just read some of their replies to complaints on here.

I’ve been looking for a decent online nursery for a while. I ordered a mature Olive tree and a couple of hardy palms for my patio because I wanted something that would give the garden a Mediterranean feel straight away. I placed the order on a Thursday evening and was surprised to get a confirmation email almost immediately with a clear delivery window. Both the Olive and the palms were properly secured in the box with good packaging, no broken branches or damaged leaves. The Olive tree in particular is a lovely shape and much bigger than I thought it would be. Our plants are doing brilliantly and have settled in really well. Happy customer and will be ordering again when I finish the back border.

However, I was really impressed by the after-sales service. The manager stepped in, communicated clearly, and resolved the issue incredibly quickly. I really appreciated how professional and customer-focused they were. I would definitely order from them again.”

My plant arrived more quickly than expected and I am really pleased with it. It is a genuine likeness to the photos on the website and is a good size and very healthy and at a good price. I have since ordered a second plant which I am looking forward to receiving. The staff are also friendly and helpful, thanks again Paul Richards

I ordered a punica granatum and it arrived within a few days of ordering. It is bigger than I expected but looks well and healthy!
I will happily order again.

Ordered online Chusan Palm and Cordyline Australis trees. They arrived on time with no messing about. I would highly recommend using this company.

I ordered two large pots from Garden Plants online on June 10th. The stated estimated delivery turnaround on the product page was 5-12 days.

By June 21, I still hadn't received any pots or any delivery notifications. I emailed and customer service advised the pot was still in Italy (!) but offered some options that were already in the UK. On Thurs 25th June, I confirmed an alternative and customer service confirmed that their transport manager 'will arrange your scheduled delivery from our UK stock. You should expect delivery of this over the next week'

On Tues 30th June, I still hadn't received any pots or delivery updates. I emailed to enquire and customer service responded on Weds July 1st: 'This will be with you this weekend, you’ll be notified around 48 hours prior'.

By Friday 3rd July, I hadn't received any notifications, which given the 48 hour window, made me concerned. I emailed but received no response. No pots were delivered over the weekend and I still haven't heard back from customer service or delivery updates.

On Monday, despite assurances that delivery would be over the weekend, the delivery window was 1st - 7th July. It is now Tues 7th July and the delivery window has changed again to 5th - 11th July. I have had no explanation of why the date keeps being moved back and no guarantee I will actually receive these pots. One plant I bought a pot for has now died it's been in its nursery pot for so long - I kept not temporarily planting it elsewhere as I kept being assured delivery was incoming.

I emailed again on Monday 6th July, requesting an immediate update but as of Tuesday 7th July, I still haven't heard back. I have tried calling the number several times at different times during working hours but the call is immediately dropped, so this almost feels like some sort of scam.

Given the incredible delay, false promises and now radio silence, I am forced to post a 1 star review in the hopes I will get some sort of response.

I ordered these pots through Garden Plants online for the good price but next time I will pay more with a more reliable company. I sincerely hope the company respond in good faith as I'm disappointed to see their responses to other negative reviews here (this is despite two customer services people being nice to speak to via email, although they have now gone complete silent). I have stated the facts above and hope they will respond fairly as they have not fulfilled their contract of '5-12 days' estimated delivery'.
