Brilliant, Brilliant, brilliant. What more need i say

Do not take tyre and alloy cover out with these guys. Took my car to Kwik fit to have a look at my 2 front tyres as I have slow punctures on both. I know this as I'm inflating the tyres every 2 weeks. Gard X say they don't cover this. What do they cover then? Was misold this by Big Motoring World, big money making con. Very disappointed I have to say in both companies

Deliver on time

This company is a big liar. They take money in the name of insurance for scratches repair, but refuses to do the repair when I called them. It's not worth it to pay big amount to this company GardXgroup.

Alan was such a gentleman he came out and sorted my problem out and he gave me loads of advice and tips very helpfull he listen to my problems an worries an gave me plenty of time to eplain everything thanks for your help and advice alan

Was feeling overwhelmed and confused about the whole process regarding my tyre warranty LUCKILY when I rang I was put through to a claims adjuster by the name Lynsey and oh my word what an asset to her company. Made me feel completely at ease and took care of EVERYTHING for me with the patience of a saint. super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Very professional and made my experience an amazing one thanks Lynsey.

I had my car upholstery cleaned and valeted. Happy with yhe service.

I recently needed GardX to come out and look at some marks on my car. Aden arrived and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to remove the product, polish out the marks and then reapplied GardX to protect the car further. Very happy with the service provided and Aden was responsive and knowledgeable - thank you!

Paintwork very good but windscreen is very blotchy

The GardX has kept the vehicle looking showroom new with that glean and shine of a car with a new registration.
It also helps with keeping the car clean as the car is not garaged.

Aden did a really great job to polish our car and he restored the GardX ceramic coating. We are delighted with his professionalism and his customer service and we wish him well on his promotion to Account Manager for GardX Group.

Very nice man, Aden arrived at exactly the time he had said he would. Brilliant in itself considering he had travelled from Essex to the heart of the Midlands. Not only punctual but did a superb job on my car seats with no fuss or bother. Aden is a very knowledgable young man and his company must be very proud of him, an asset to them.The whole experience, from the initial phone call to Gardx to the job being dealt with was pleasant and enjoyable and I can't fault Gardx or their ambassador. Makes a change to find a company that honours their word.

The seller invited me in an unprofessional way and sold me something that’s not worth the money. No one explained how to use it. It feels like I’ve been cheated. I tried contacting GardX customer service, but it was impossible to reach them. Honestly, a total waste of money.

The paint protection applied appears to be failing significantly. Following the first instance of rain, prominent water marks and spots were left adhering to the clear coat.
The results of the leather protection service are equally poor. The leather seats are not resisting dirt or minor stains any better than they were before the treatment.
Dirt and daily grime seem to adhere to the leather immediately, and cleaning requires the same amount of effort as if it were untreated. The service was supposed to seal the leather to prevent dirt ingress and make routine cleaning easier, but this essential benefit is completely missing.
I have serious doubts that the protective products were correctly applied or that they offer any real value. This was an expensive package based on the promise of long-term protection, and that promise has not been fulfilled.
