Gazelle is terrible and a scam
Gazelle is terrible and a scam. They sent an offer on my two phones. Once I sent them in they took forever to evaluate them and then offered half of what they sent initially. My phones were near perfect and they lied about the condition to lower the offer. Do not use Gazelle for anything. Terrible company.

Often we end up finding small scratches on the corners and sides where the cases rub, on or around the camera, or sun bleaching on the back of the device. Use Gazelle, not marketplace!

Phone arrived at a decent time, phone was purchased as a “Good” condition but looked like an “Excellent”

I ordered a 9th generation iPad. There were two condition choices. Fair and good. I ordered good and the iPad I got looks amazing. It looks brand new. It is a little early to tell(2days)but so far everything works like it was new. I am a very satisfied customer.

Think twice before you use Gazelle
I’ve traded in phones and iPads in the past without a hitch but this time was different. I had a 7 month old, Apple iPhone I sent in. I am particularly careful about protecting my electronics to maximize the resale value each year.
Received an email that it had arrived safe and sound yesterday evening. This morning I get a peculiar email that “as requested, my phone was reinspected and confirmed that it did not hold a charge and was badly damaged.” The new offer was significantly reduced. I never received an initial notice of inspection etc.
What a scam. Seems clear to me that Gazelle’s subcontractors damaged the device at their facility and passed the blame on.
BEWARE. You have no recourse once they have your device.
