After a horrific life changing accident in 2016, i was advised to find myself a good workers compensation lawyer. I stumbled upn GMP Law, after seeing one of their ads on TV. I rung and made an appointment and was put in the hands of Nassir Bechara, Sharon Nicholson and their team. Apart from their ethical treatment and full understanding of every aspect of Workers Compensation Laws and procedures , Nassir and Sharon also have further understandings of WC which will help you get maximum compensation for your claim. I was worried i was going to get treated poorly , as that what was i was used to from 2 previous law firms on my claim. Empathy, understanding, excellent communication and a maximum financial outcome is just some of the things i have experienced from Nassir, Sharon and their team. I have referred 3 people so far, and will continue to spread the word about the best treatment you can receive in arguably one of the toughest battles of your life. Thank you Team, you made my families life more comfortable with all your hard work and understanding, and by pushing for the best outcome possible.

Our case was a difficult one, our Lawyer Katie, was amazing, she went out of her way to make the whole process as easy as possible. We never felt like a number, but as though we were her only clients; she was always contactable. If it wasn't for her compassion, I don't think we would have been able to see the case to the end. Unfortunately, we foundout 10 days before our hearing, by a very confusing phone by a Henry, a junior lawyer, wanting additional information. When I asked why he was calling and not Katie, he told me, "Oh, she left three weeks ago, you have a new lawyer!" Henry hadn't fully read our file; he multiple times sent emails for documents that we sent in months ago and wanted unnecessary additional information right up until the morning after we settled! Ray, our new lawyer, never reached out to us. I had to contact him multiple times to find out what was happening with our case. After my first contact with him, I was left in tears after being told quite bluntly that we probably wouldn't win the case. We did win, though I wouldn't say it was 100% compensation. These few days with this new team were more stressful than the four years of putting the case together. If I needed legal support now, I think I'd think twice before signing with GMP

For the past 3 years GMP Law has been working on my public liability claim over the correspondence with my legal representation has been clear all the way through now I can't be any more happier with the out come that they have achieved and i really want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Lara Hassan , Verge Kolokossian ,Farah ElZayn that worked on my case for the past 3 years and I do recommend their services to anyone who need legal representation GMP Law are like no other.

I engaged Gerard Malouf and Partners (GMP) regarding a public liability claim in August 2022.
My claim was somewhat complex, but the commitment and dedication shown by the team in seeing it through to completion has been a true testament to the professionalism of everyone involved.
No amount of money will ever erase the pain I have endured over the past three years; however, the outcome finally gives me some closure and allows me to move forward.

This company engaged in disability discrimination against me using it as an excuse to dump my case after having Me on the books for around 12 months.
Sadly Leslie who was an excellent example of a good solicitor has Left the firm he was confident in me winning the case. Once Jackson took Over my case I had to push for any correspondence and was Ditched for two abstract reason one being my disability that was spawned by medical devices implant failure.
Using the type of disability diagnosed as their excuse.
And was dumped via e-mail not phone call Until I asked for phone call to clarify, this is when they engaged in discrimination.
If you don't appreciate your time being wasted
Then do not call GMP
If you want a professional law firm avoid GMP.

Same as the company they have zero empathy zero understanding of Complex disability caused by Drs error.
Apparently my disability is profound enough to get superannuation TPD payout, just not legal compensation via a Lawfirm I perceived as highly professional.
Sadly my mistake putting any faith in them.
I believe the failure is because of Jackson Lams inability to take on a complex Case and discrimination was perhaps seen as an easy out.
I know others injured by hernia mesh implants by Drs failure of faulty implants.
I will not recommend this Law firm to any of them as they have been through enough hell already..
Nobody deserves to have Their time wasted especially when a Lawfirm confirms they have financed your case Only to pull the pin on it, truly deplorable.
