My gerber life insurance company 'experience' is involving me in crime. Plain to be seen in the general public of the state that i'm currently a resident of. Does Gerber Life Insurance Company have a lawsuit in which consumers who have held other insurances might be able to complain and receive under? As i've now been a verified victim of identity theft, i'm certain some form of clearance and the dissolving of monies and losses created from this would grant my receiving a proper notification as to how assets that would belong to my future children in the form of holdings have been stolen from me, as well as the refusal to return to me payment for college entrance exam scores that are individual in form and guidance. I would start the repayment at 43,050.00 North Carolina how would you respond to this. Yes, I am a writer. So, accordingly I plan.

I’ve been paying $27 dollars a month for 4 years but the cash value was only at $80 dollars so I decided to cancel because how does that make sense ,but in order to do that you have to mail in the cancellation paper with a copy of your ID 🙄 how is it that I can start a policy online without mailing anything but can’t cancel it the same way ANNOYING!

This company is horrible I've had nothing but bad interactions with them. I bought two policies for my twin granddaughters 6 yrs ago, they then sent me a letter to upgrade 2026 to $10,000 each when im fact the opened 2 more for a total of 4
When I noticed this two months later I called to cancel, instead of canceling the new policies like I requested they canceled the ones I started in 2020! Their is no cash value to this grow up plan. Just get a real policy or add your loved ones as beneficiaries to yours.

I cannot sign into my account because a code is being sent to an old phone number. Tried calling but no one answers and the auto system cannot help. No one answers the emails until days later. I cannot get into my account to pay the bills due. I am sick and tired of trying to reach someone at Gerber. I'm thinking about just canceling the policies. It's not worth the time and effort to get through to them.

eservice is a joke. Spent considerable amount of time with supposedly tech people and was never able to connect to the eservice account. So no way to access payment history, pay premiums, or check cash value through eservice. Shame on you Gerber.

No one answers the phone. I have emailed 2 times. A person by the name of Olga left me a message after the first email. I called her back to get the same run around. So frustrating! I am trying to cash out these two policies because this company is horrible. This morning I called and they were having technical issues and could not answer the phone. Total scam!!! Stay away!!!!

There was a time when Gerber was great, but that time has passed. They are very difficult to deal with now. Customer service is often rude and condescending. I've had my policies since I was a baby that my parents got for me. I'm almost 60 now, and I've been handling them myself for about 30 years. The plus is you can take out cash loans, but bad part is they will not let you see your balance on the loans anymore. This seems incredibly super shady to me. If I have a loan with anyone, I should be able to view my balance online without having to call. I'm seriously considering just letting all my policies go, I have four, because they are such a headache to deal with, and super shady as of the past several years. Too bad, they were once really wonderful.

Very poor customer service. This has been an ongoing problem. All my kids were enrolled as infants & now they are about to be 30 &25. My baby is 23. I do not reccomend this insurance company at all.

I tried to cancel the policy. I mailed the forms and emailed the forms. I received an email saying I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days. Today, I receive a text message saying my payment is past due. When I called I was told there was a 38 minute hold time and when I finally got thru, I was told to call back during business hours. Am I going to play this game for months and years to cancel the policy and get a refund?

I do not recommend this life insurance to anyone! Total rip off! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY!!!

This company is a scam and a fraud. Please do not waste your money. I started a policy on my grandson when he was about 2 weeks old I had to call them to find out how to make the payment to start the policy because I never heard anything from them. At 7 weeks he ended up passing away and being as he was under two years old they refused to pay out on the policy. I have been fighting with them for a year now and every time they say something they lie and when I prove that that's a lie they say something else that is a lie and we've been going back and forth for a year now. They will not pay out on this policy, my daughter was unable to have a funeral for her son because they are a scam.

Gerber does not follow their own terms and conditions. They did not cancel my policy when requested and then loans were taken out that I did not apply for nor would I have approved.
They have different terms and conditions not listed in the policy.
Gerber Life insurance is not a good choice. I am regretting using this company for they have horrible business practices.
They are scamming people in multiple ways!
read your terms and conditions though be aware their specialists do not know them or they have completely different ones when you try to cancel the bad policy they put you in.
The policy is crap, there terms and conditions are BS and the help line doesn't help.

This company just plain won't pay out on claims. They do this by insisting over and over that you have not sent in the proper forms, no matter that you FAX them to the number they give you or mail the completed form in the pre-addressed envelope they send every time they send you the same form to complete. Been sending this form in since January, two months later and multiple times sent they insist they still haven't gotten it.

Worst customer service experience I've received ever! Agent Lisa hung up on me because she didn't want to give me my information during a policy review. Then lied when I called back saying I needed a verification form faxed before she could help me. I asked for a supervisor or friendlier agent then agent Rose had the same confrontational unfriendly demeanor. I was not at all happy and if I didn't already have my policies since 2019 I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. I will not recommend friends or family to Gerber life insurance, I was treated as if my premiums didn't pay their salary.

Avoid this company like the plague and I am not kidding !!!

I made the mistake of just inquiring about life insurance with this company.

For well over 3 month’s this company has called, texted & emailed me every single day….multiple times per day after being told to stop contacting me. They totally ignore unsubscribe messages.

I also get letters to buy life insurance from them at least 2-3 per week as well.

They are driving my mail carrier NUTS !!!!

It took me almost 40 minutes just to burn all of their nonsense material in a fire pit.

I reached out for a Term policy and applied for it. The underwriter asked me a few questions offline and after I responded and accepted a higher premium, they rejected my application without even a response. I am not sure why they advertise so much when they only want 30Yr olds with the best of best health to apply. Not a genuine company and those having policies be mindful if they will even pay in case of any unfortunate event

They have provided my family and I the needed security with their whole life plan. I would highly recommend working with Gerber, they answer any and all questions my family has had and helped make the enrollment process seamless!

Great customer service, very friendly and clear communication. the policy i got with them gives me peace of mind! i have spoken to their representatives several times and everytime i got all my questions answered in a professional and a friendly manner.

I grew up with my parents having GERBER INSURANCE on all their kids. So when i had my family, i was given my policy to finally take over the payments. I was super surprised at the low premium i had to pay and i was 25years old.when we had our first child. Her premium cost was so low that i stayed with this company for all our kids . now i see why my parents chose and stayed with GERBER. The best part is to get insured early. Because ur premium payments STAY the SAME throughout the policy.our oldest child is now 35years old and her yearly premium is only $120.00 .our 25 year old. Premium is only $105.00 a year and That's for $25.000 in coverage. U can up ur policy amount anytime u feel.
