Dashboard is simple and effective to use, but also the functionality is user friendly. The best part is the support in place. I always receive a response within 1-2 hrs on any query and thats fantastic customer service in my opinion!

I use GetGround’s accounting platform for my LTD which is fabulous and so is the support team. However, what I’ve noticed through continued experience is that their account managers can become quite nasty or start ignoring you if you only use their accounting platform but don’t purchase a property through them. Their monthly fee is quite high already and if you have purchased an off-plan that could take a while till completion the monthly fee feels like quite a waste of money for something you’re not really using actively. I asked them if they have a mechanism available that provides reduced fee for situations like this until the property completes and no response. I would strongly encourage them to work on their customer service as people are not stupid, they can sense when they are being ignored or treated badly. This is really making me think if I would ever get my next property through these guys and if this continues, likely not!!

I joined GetGround expecting support for a first time company director. What I got instead was a front row seat to how little a company can deliver while still happily taking your money.

The so called three month free period in 2025 was anything but free. Repeated billing attempts. Payment errors. Money constantly trying to leave my account while support quietly failed to fix the problem. If this was a test of competence it was failed early and enthusiastically.

When the free period ended the monthly fee increased and the service collapsed completely. No guidance. No urgency. Just a confusing platform that assumes you already know how to be an anccountant and does nothing to help if you do not.

The real comedy moment was compliance. The company confirmation statement. A legal obligation. No reminder. No meaningful guidance. I had to submit it myself. Paying a compliance service to do compliance myself is a bold business model.

After cancelling and formally requesting a refund for services not provided with reasonable care or skill I received a response but no refund. Apparently acknowledging failure is easy. Returning money is where the system suddenly malfunctions.

This feels less like a professional business service and more like a subscription trap wrapped in friendly branding. They are very efficient at taking money and impressively slow at accountability.

If you are a new director looking for support avoid this company. If you enjoy paying to be ignored while fixing their mess yourself then congratulations you have found your people.

Posting this review is not the first step. It is the final step after polite requests failed. At this point public visibility feels like the only language left. Next Stop - Small Claims!

My experience with GetGround has been a costly lesson in poor business practices. Despite offboarding my companies, I am still being charged subscription fees. Even worse, I was automatically upgraded to their 'Core' plan (£48/month) without my consent or even having a property on the account to manage.
The platform is designed to be a one-way street: it’s incredibly easy to join, but there is no clear way to cancel the subscription on the website. My account manager, who was extremely persistent when pushing investment opportunities, has completely ignored my messages regarding the unauthorised price increase and account closure. It feels less like a service and more like a trap. I have wasted significant time and money here; please do your due diligence and look elsewhere.

They are a legitimate business who find you good properties, typically new builds, that so far for me have gone smoothly. They source everything for you, including mortgage brokering, accounting, company setup and admin, etc. they’re a large team who communicate well with each other, are generally prompt at responding, and seem to have your best interests at heart. So far, I have no regrets, given I would’ve otherwise had to do this on my own or shell out a fortune for different companies and agents. Having a centralised platform for all of this is a brilliant idea, and Get Ground have executed it well in my opinion and keep on improving.

GetGround have been consistently excellent throughout all engagement over many previous years. Chey Pienaar, specifically, has provided excellent customer service and, through her, I look forward to continuing my ongoing relationship with GetGround.
