Just booked a cake for our daughter in Canada -- using this site for the first time. Had tried to book it a few days ago but the website had a glitch and I couldn't access the calendar. The online chat person had asked me to log out and log in but I skipped it. Today, everything worked fine, including a small discount code. Must admit the online chat is very responsive. Now, keeping my fingers crossed the delivery is equally hassle-free and the cake is yummy!

Fast and easy to order and arrange delivery.

Very disappointed with the service. Communication was poor, and I had to chase them for updates. I requested delivery on a specific day, but they changed it without informing the purchaser. They also contacted the recipient directly, despite it being a surprise. Unfortunately, the actual order also looked different from the pictures. Overall, not a good experience.
