So I recently at the very last minute from London, ordered a birthday cake and some luxury dried fruits for my dads birthday whilst he's on holiday in India, and I cannot believe the response time of the cake/products arriving well ahead of scheduled time requested. For that I'd like to say a huge thank you to GiftsforIndia for your outstanding service. Will continue to use again as I have done for the past 4 years, (minus the Covid years).

Avoid using this service. I ordered two cakes to be delivered on Christmas Day; one cake was delivered at 8 pm on Christmas Day with messed-up icing. The second didn’t arrive, but when my father’s helper called, they said it would arrive on the next day, despite the fact that I received a notification on the 25th that both were delivered. When I pressed the issue of late delivery, this company noted that the cake was damaged during delivery, so it was delivered the next day. No apology (which is all I wanted) and no acceptance of responsibility. This type of service may be acceptable in other parts of the world, but is not acceptable for an organization conducting business in the States. I have used this type of service to send cakes and other items to India for two decades. This is the first time I encountered this issue, and it will be the last!

I dont even feel like giving even one star to the service they provided to me by delivering cake. Worst cake it smelled as if its was too baked couple of days ago. This is very pathetic to see that you charge so much and service is not even close to 1% of the charge. I would recommend everyone not to use this site as service sucks.

This company is not even worth one star. They are good to deliver stuff in $10 or $20 but if you order anything more expensive the order never reaches its destination and they keep making excuses. Ordered something in August for over $300 this year and it has never reached its destination.

So....I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a cake, flowers, and some sweets to deliver to Lucknow, India. I am in North Carolina in the US. I was pretty sure either 1. it wouldn't be delivered or 2. it would be a hot mess. But I was willing to take the risk, because the prices are so reasonable.

Well, it arrived on time and perfect! I was very happy.

Now, addresses in India can be crazy. They had trouble finding the house, but they called the recipient relentlessly until they reached him (over 20 times). It arrived on time and in perfect order!

I will use them again!

I am very pleased with the service of Gifts to India 24x7. They have taken immediate action to replace a fragile broken item (which broke during transportation) upon request. They have delivered items fast to the destination. I will surely use their service again.

Awful service. I ordered pink carnations, they did not send the same but replaced them with some dried up flowers. When I contacted their WhatsApp number the guy/gal on the other end argued with me that the flowers were not dry but looked good!
Avoid this scam.

The gifts were delivered on time and were fresh and were loved by my Mother on her 80th Birthday.
