Couldn’t recommend the glass house highly enough after breaking our kitchen window from a stay stone from mowing I got an instant price, they came to measure the next day and fit the day after. I hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again exceptional service.

Just before Christmas my old glass lean to roof failed, 60+ years old so hadn’t done bad, but I was afraid it might collapse totally at any moment, so after checking various companies & there reviews I found Glasshouse Repairs, I rang them at 7.00pm in the evening not expecting an answer, but Cyrus was good enough to pick up, after a brief conversation & a few details he agreed to come round & see the problem a few days later.
Cyrus turned up on time & inspected my old roof & said it could not be repaired but needed renewing, which I was expecting, a few days later he emailed me a quote to remove old glass and bars, replace with 25mm opal poly with new aluminium heavy duty glazing bars & disposal of old roof. The quoted priced seemed good to me so I accepted. Cyrus told me they could start the 2nd week of January.
Cyrus & his son turned up on time on the agreed start date. From the first day, they were clear, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my property. They handled the work with real precision & worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and made sure I understood each step of the process.
The finished result looks fantastic: clean lines, secure fittings, and a level of craftsmanship that really stands out. My home feels brighter and better protected now. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and great communication, but Glasshouse Repairs delivered all three. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing glass roof repairs or replacements.

We contacted Cyrus after seeing his van in Westerham as we’d had some rain coming in the conservatory roof. We are so pleased with the works he has carried out. Now water tight and a couple of new windows to make it look good too. Cyrus and his son were lovely to have here and liked our dogs too, which made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend.

I am so pleased to have discovered Cyrus and Glasshouse Repairs. I have had problems with leaks from my (admittedly rather neglected) lean-to conservatory roof for some time, but have really struggled to find anyone qualified or willing to attempt a repair. Cyrus is very knowledgable and knew exactly what was needed to both clean and restore the seals on my glass roof. He even rectified a problem caused by a replacement glazing unit that was badly installed by another company a few years ago. A very efficient, friendly and fairly priced service which has resulted in my finally having a leak-free conservatory. I'm thrilled!

Cy arrived when promised on 29th September and solved the majority of our conservatory roof leaks. He identified more issues at that time. I was impressed by his knowledge of the problems and the solution. Cyrus returned in October and November 2022 to resolve additional issues with our large conservatory roof. Everything is now resolved. I was impressed with his knowledge of the leak issues and the causes. I would happily recommend his work.

Glasshouse Repairs have done fantastic repair jobs for me at reasonable and affordable price. First was the repair of my conservatory glass roof to stop water leakage which has given me peace of mind for when it rains.
Second was to replace the kitchen door's cat flap and to apply new seals and service the locking mechanism including all other main doors.
I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

We’ve been dealing with a persistent conservatory leak for a few years which despite a number of people trying to solve has always come back. Cyrus came to see us (even though we’re based in south west London) and diagnosed the problem immediately before proceeding to fix it in a short period of time. He was happy to answer all our questions and after a heavy rain shower overnight, we have no leak! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
