Not recommended at all. Customer service is as slow as the internet they provide. Do not use globe. I hope they go bankrupt

The sim registration is the biggest scam ever

The technicians was able to locate our address and was able to identify the reason why the internet got lost but instead of fixing it, they keep on saying they will come back the next day to fix it but up until now the ticket created keeps on being rescheduled.

We’ve been dealing with internet issues for FIVE DAYS

five days of garbage service, zero solutions, and pure incompetence.

We’ve scheduled a technician THREE TIMES.
Guess how many showed up?
ZERO.

Not one. Not even a courtesy call. Nothing. Absolutely pathetic.

We even dragged ourselves to your Abreeza Mall Davao office TWICE, wasting our time just so someone OR ANYONE could fix this.

And guess what? The issue is still here, still unresolved, still ignored. Incredible.

What the hell are your tech people even doing? Twiddling their thumbs? Sleeping? Because clearly they’re not fixing anything

What is the point of us submitting tickets if your team can’t even be bothered to show up? You acknowledge them and then do nothing. Useless.

What kind of bullshit and corruption is this esim is just like cloud is in the air.its very simple for you to deactivate in my old phone and activate again that's why it's called esim.panloloko n po ito at panggigipit I have tmobile

Thank you for sending that, Alvin but even we resend a new QR code, you are not able to activate it since you didn't delete it to your olde device. As much as we want to help you to delete it to your broken one, the access we have here is limited. Thank you for your deeper understanding. Do you have other concerns apart from this?

Scammer don't trust them

Customer service is non existent, didn’t follow up on promises of 3 to 5 day technical advisor,
Even the automated system sent me in circles, useless!

Genuinely the worst telecom network I've used — the internet connection is beyond poor, the customer service is terrible, and the deals and promos are never satisfactory. Whether you're downloading files, streaming movies or music, play an online game, or trying to participate in a group call, Globe (and TM) will make sure to give you a trifling experience.

I paid the GAH broadband application on 10/25 and technician said there's no available line in my area on 10/26th so the application was cancelled. I was told the 1 month advance I paid will be refunded automatically within 7-14 days thru my gcash account. I have not received the money yet. And worst, it's so hard to contact them!! IVR will filter the options and will disconnect since you don't have an existing account/mobile yet. Other options will advise to go online. Chat support thru facebook takes days to have a live agent answer the chats and will close the conversation immediately if you didn't response without answering your inquiry at all!! I waited for days and no help at all!!

I’ll rate zero star for this telecom company. Useless having their SIM card specially if u have GCash account and u r in oversea roaming u have enough load to sustain the number still they still want u to load it inorder to sustain the number for your GCash account if not they will cut off your phone number without any prior notice . I’ve been contacting their customer service but they just gave me useless advises now they gave my phone number even my phone number registered Under my name and the worse thing I couldn’t open my GCash acct anymore coz I have to activate using otp so now my money in that GCash account were taken.. a full of scam. I’ve been a Globe user for a while, and their service has been steady and improving. Internet speed is consistent, and customer support responds quickly through the app or Messenger. There’s still room to shorten hotline wait times, but overall, Globe is reliable and easy to deal with.

Two star because they can reach farther areas compared to Smart. However, still slow internet connection.

This company is no longer seeking good services. It's mobile plans are a fake. I loaded the GOEXTRA109 that should have 14GB of data, but Ionly got 4GB. I received SMS that I should register to get more data but got a response that I entered an incorrect code even though it was correct. Fake advertisement.

Unfortunately I have to agree with everyone else, almost impossible to contact, hopeless support, and impossible to pay if you don't have GCash. I actually don't care about your speed or whatever, I just want to be able to contact you and pay you easily.

Avoid this company if possible. After-sales support is zero. I mean, there is no after-sales support. They don't care about users and consumers, especially if you are an individual account like prepaid concerns!

Wag na kung pwede lang dito mag 0 star gagawin koyon di neto deserve kahit 1 star pagisipan muna bago gumamit ng globe

I must say the data equivalent is low, the data consumption is very fast and not worth it. Data is not accurate when you check the globe one app it still has 4gb over 7gb but it doesn't work. It really needs improvement. Philippines is facing corruption now, I hope it doesn't goes in this. IMPROVE GLOBE!
