We have used Globe Taxis on 3 occasions now to and from Luton Airport and Leighton Buzzard Station. Their punctuality has been reassuringly great. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
Once again, my wife and I booked Globe Taxis for our transfers to and from Manchester airport, and once again we were delighted with the service. My wife is a wheelchair user, which meant that along with our luggage, we also needed her wheelchair, which whilst it does fold, still takes up extra space in the taxi, and so we booked an extra large vehicle to accommodate everything. The vehicles arrived on time at both ends, and were large enough to fit everything in.
The cars were clean and tidy and the drivers were helpful pleasant and professional.
We don't often use taxis, but when we do, we will only use Globe, who don't, and won't, let you down.

At Globe Taxis, we take customer service very seriously and do not tolerate drivers speaking to passengers in an angry or harassing manner. This is not the standard we expect or promote. Regarding the A/C button, some vehicles do have controls linked to internal systems, but this should always be explained calmly and respectfully.
We have no record of any formal complaint being raised at the time of the journey, which would have allowed us to address the situation immediately. We therefore feel this review does not fairly reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
We kindly ask that you contact us directly so we can fully investigate, or consider updating or removing this review if it was posted in frustration. We are always open to resolving genuine concerns in a fair and constructive way.

I’ve been using Globe Taxis for a number of years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The drivers are always punctual, professional, and friendly. Most recently, I had a ride with Jaz, who went above and beyond to make sure I got to an event comfortably and on time, even during heavy traffic.
The cars are consistently clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciate the text/app updates and booking confirmations—they make the whole process stress-free.
It’s hard to find a taxi company you can truly rely on these days, but Globe Taxis has earned my trust 100%. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and dependable ride!

I made an online booking 2 days prior to required jourbey, confirming pick up from my house and onward journey destination for a fee of £44. App screen very similar to uber. The night before planned journey,i received a phone call from Globe, informing me of price hike to £60 in order to cover cost of their journey from their start point to my house.. less than 12 hrs before journey leaving little time to make alternative arrangements. Unnacceptable.. 33% price hike. Avoid avoid
