Quality products. Long lasting, supporting imaginative and cooperative play for several years
Good deals if you don't have a birthday looming.
Well packaged - no plastic!

Great sale price and prompt delivery. Good quality first toy for our granddaughter.

The rug is super, well made and as described.
Alas however it took longer than anticipated to arrive, emails asking about whereabouts were not responded to and I had no idea when it was likely to arrive so all a bit frustrating. Such a pity as the item itself is lovely.

Great follow up info on when to expect my delivery, very happy with the quality of my unit and so easy to put together, thank you

Great company, lovely toys, very quick delivery. Toys are great quality and kids love playing with them xx

Speedy delivery, quality product and fairly easy to assemble. Delighted with end result, all ready now to give to grandson at end of month.
Highly recommended

Always love the products, great quality and look great.

Only reason for 4 stars was due to delivery issues. Which is a third party but would expect a high end brand to use a more trust worthy delivery partner. In saying that they did issue some compensation for the delays i experienced so did appreciate that.

Very pleased with product, granddaughter will love it!!!Speedy delivery

Great item, easy to put together too

Outstanding customer service!
When the product arrived unfortunately it was damaged, they were very helpful and understanding of the urgency of a replacement as it was a birthday gift. They were very quick to sort it out in a professional manner.

Good quality bookcase at a really good price. Well packed and arrived on time. Thankyou

After a warning that there might be a delay, the order arrived within 24 hours!! The whale cart was super-easy to construct and is a big hit with its recipient! Also it is attractive enough to be kept in the living room!

Nice product - went together really well and looks great. Delivery was also prompt.

Lost 1 star due to the constant reminders to leave a review

Lovely toy storage shelves and baskets in natural calm colours.

Ease of ordering and delivery. Good quality product.

Lovely product. I shall buy more. A slight glitch with postage but it was very quickly and impressively dealt with by customer services.

No issues with the website/purchasing/delivery. The actually products, however, were quite disappointing. Flat packed pieces were packaged well, but the MDF has an extremely thin layer of paint. Assembling with care on soft carpet resulted in scratches. The prices are too high for such mediocre quality.

One piece of our parcel arrived damaged, but customer service were quick to offer a full replacement, at great speed. Just what we needed being on a tight deadline. Quality of the products top notch :)

I initially left a negative review because, after placing my order, I was unable to get any response from the company. After waiting around 10 days without receiving any communication, I was understandably frustrated and perhaps a little too quick to judge.

Since then, I have been contacted by the General Manager, who has been absolutely fantastic. She personally took the time to deal with my concerns and has gone above and beyond to get everything resolved.

I’m very pleased with the outcome and really appreciate the effort she has made to put things right. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and it has completely changed my view of the company.

I’m now looking forward to placing further orders, as there are several items on their website that I’m interested in purchasing.

Thank you to the General Manager for taking the time to sort everything out — it’s very much appreciated.

My daughter wanted to order something however she lives in the highlands so instead of £3.95 cost for delivery, the delivery jumps to £40!!! We have had to have the items delivered to my house in the south of Scotland to avoid this horrendous charge. Citizens in the highlands do not normally get charged like this because of where they live. However, despite saying they were running slightly behind due to moving, the items arrived in a couple of days when we were not at home but was safely delivered to our shed.
