Sky high delivery costs.
My daughter wanted to order something however she lives in the highlands so instead of £3.95 cost for delivery, the delivery jumps to £40!!! We have had to have the items delivered to my house in the south of Scotland to avoid this horrendous charge. Citizens in the highlands do not normally get charged like this because of where they live. However, despite saying they were running slightly behind due to moving, the items arrived in a couple of days when we were not at home but was safely delivered to our shed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that, despite our recent warehouse relocation, your order arrived quickly and was safely delivered.
We're sorry, however, that the delivery charge to Highland addresses was a source of frustration. We understand your concerns and appreciate that delivery costs can feel disappointing, particularly when they differ significantly by postcode. Unfortunately, some of our courier partners apply additional charges for certain remote areas, which are outside of our direct control.
That said, we're pleased we were able to get your order to you within a couple of days and that your items arrived safely. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us review our services and explore ways to improve the experience for all of our customers.
Thank you again for your order and for sharing your experience with us. 😊
Kind regards

Beautiful toys at bargain prices
Wake up everyone - beautifully made, very reasonably priced toys that will bring joy for many years to come. £15 for a gorgeous breakfast set complete with a toaster that pops up - absolute bargain!
Love that toy sets can be built up over time eg market stall can be a grocers, bakers, cafe, car repair workshop. A child’s imagination will be ignited as they explore the wonderful combination of toys on offer.

AVOID – order not received
Ordered back on the 29th June with 'delivery within 7 days'. Since then I've still not received the bulk of my order, I had an email AFTER ordering saying 10 working days, then a further email saying now 14 working days. I emailed a week ago to ask when I would likely be receiving the order and was fobbed off with a £15 discount off a future order which I declined without any actual update of my order. After chasing again they have now stated they can't even find the product in the warehouse despite still selling it online citing a 7 day delivery window.
The status of the order should have been checked when I first chased, so I could have resolved and made a choice as to what to do. Poorly managed, little in the way of apology and now assuming I'll be waiting for just as long for a refund.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear that your order did not arrive as expected and that the communication around the delay fell short of the standards we aim to provide.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive changing delivery estimates and then discover there was an issue locating the product after you had already contacted us for an update. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of clear information and the impact this had on your confidence in us.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We take comments like yours very seriously and will be reviewing what happened so we can improve our communication and stock management processes going forward.
If this matter has not yet been fully resolved, please contact our customer service team directly with your order details, and we will ensure it is investigated as a priority. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that, on this occasion, we let you down.
